OneShop completely screwed up my posh closet!!! Some people apparently like it but obviously don’t care about their listings and what happens to them or how they are shared. Every listing in my closet now has to be redone. I have 3000 listings and it’s going to take me forever to fix them all! Not even sure that I can at this point! Customer service gives “canned responses” about “managing” your settings. My settings were set correctly and they still got screwed up! I even sent them a screenshot of my settings to show them done right and that their app still screwed every listing up. I don’t have time for this. I will NEVER use OneShop for any of the sites I use and I certainly would NEVER recommend it to someone else. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation of having to redo every single one of your listings because they will screw them up!!!
It’s not even worth the free trial...why would someone spend that much money every month to have some app screw your listings up???? This does not save time, it creates more work for you having to FIX THEIR MESS!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I logged out AND deleted OneShop! It is STILL MESSING WITH MY LISTINGS!!!! I’m trying to FIX everything they messed up but it’s STILL IN MY CLOSET SCREWING IT UP!!! HOW is still doing this after I logged out AND DELETED IT!?!!!!!!!!?????

1/4 marketplaces are actually working. Do NOT get OneShop. I have been on OneShop for two years now, and at first, it was so great. However, recently, they have been so terrible it’s insane. They say they can post/delist on 4 different apps when they cannot. Depop has been down (won’t delist) for 6 months now, and all we get from support is “we’re working on it.” eBay just went down and they say the same.. Mercari is hit or miss for some people. They won’t give a refund or partial payment even though only 1/4 of their product is working. If you mention you’re having issues in their group Facebook, they will censor/delete it and say that you should message support if you’re having issues.. not talk about it on the general page. Then when you reach out to support, they give AI-generated “we’re sorry” messages. I’m an attorney and this is so fraudelent that it’s starting to smell like a lawsuit. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

OneShop used to be great and sales were phenomenal. They then started updating OneShop , no joke, everyday. The layout would be different. The whole app had different tabs, etc. you would have to relearn the whole app. Don’t bother asking a question or try to provide any sort of constructive feedback. They will block you from one of the only ways to reach customer service and then make immature Facebook posts about it. They have publicly stated they do not need customers, negative feedback, or your money. So do yourself a favor and get a different service that listens to its customers. Trying to reach someone via their tech support that knows what they’re doing is also a hassle. OneShop should have a 4.5+ rating to give them $40+ a month and access to your accounts. Be smart.

This could be such a great tool except for the glitches and customer service. Six weeks ago I figured out that there was a discrepancy between the number of items this app said I had and what the selling sites I use actually had on them. Eighteen emails and 6 weeks later all I have is apologies and thanks for my patience. OneShop is far too expensive to have the poor customer service it has and the slow IT Department. No attempt at remuneration just more apologies:

OneShop seemed like a great idea. Some features are fantastic until, well, they aren’t. They will duplicate (without warning) your listings & when it’s brought to their attention (multiple times), there is no solution on their end nor do they get back with you with confirmation that it is being fixed. When you delete the extras, both listings for every duplicated listing are erased. Yes, you have to recreate each listing (dozens). Set a share rate & wonder why no sales? Check your share rate & don’t be surprised of it’s 1/2 of what you set up. Then, just try to cancel. Even though that is done via subscriptions like any other app, they will challenge you as to when they were notified. Why? Because they are continuing to bill you after you’ve canceled!!! And, I canceled via subscriptions and let them know 2x. Still was billed. Even after cancellation, a random item would be shared here & there. It was odd. I realized I need to change my password to determine if it is them or not (because they are the only place who had it) and once I changed it, no more random shared item. Right before canceling, change your passwords.

OneShop would be everything you wanted if it functioned a little bit differently. The book keeping part needs a lot of work. I wish that when you create a listing the COG and sale price and sale after fees would actually reflect in your sales. Right now you have to manually put in expenses and income in order to get profit! It also does not show you the cog when adding a book keeping record! You have to go back in the post to find it then manually put in everything including what the book keeping record is for! If the book keeping part worked better OneShop would be perfect! It does a pretty decent job with cross posting listings and keeping up with re listing stale posts. Sometimes it glitches but overall it works quite well! Keeps up with taking posts down when it sells on a different site!

Please make the book keeping easier!!! I would love to be able to input expenses source date in the ad! Also please make the book keeping record reflect the item and the sale price!

So I have had OneShop for 2 months now ! And absolutely love it . I had other services before but was spending way too much money on it . If you are looking to free up your time so you can build your closet up , then this is OneShop ! They do not sell for you! Please keep that in mind . YOU must do your part of building your business! What they do do is amazing tho! They share , they give you your sales total month by month an compare with your last month so you can see and challenge yourself to work your business. They do not make sales for you. They are in this to free up your time so you can make better decisions on your sourcing, or working your closet so that you can make sales . If time is what you are after then look no further!!! I will be a long time customer for sure ! My sales have doubled since starting with this app! Compared to me sharing my closet without them

Lots of great features and everything can be managed from your phone which is excellent.

The bot features are what save me the most time. I’ve gained a ton of followers on Poshmark and my sales have increased slightly as well. [I sell hard goods] The relisting stale listings on Mercari is also a huge time saver. If for nothing else I could use OneShop only for these great tools.

The devs are working hard and OneShop gets updated with bug fixes and new features regularly- which is great. It’s a work in progress.

My biggest issue is that if your internet isn’t lightening speeds, your photos won’t upload. I have no problem uploading directly to eBay Poshmark or Mercari but for whatever reason, uploading through this app can’t happen on less than stellar internet connection.

I’d like to see more details on the sales $$ page - now that we can keep track of the cost (price we purchase items for) - I’d like to see that vs sales. Cost/profit analysis is really important to me.

Also, it skews results when cancelled sales are part of my total weekly/monthly 😬

Last, totally random and weird bug you can add to the bottom of your priority list - when I minimize this app while listening to my music app, the music pauses. 🤷‍♀️

Reading through the reviews on here is crazy, this is the best app for reselling! I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t fixed in a timely manner. This is the only app that gives you all of these features on mobile and computer. None of the others even come close! I’ve used it for almost 2 years and the price is well worth the return I make monthly from sales on 4 platforms. The bad reviews on here literally look to be from people that had an issue with them updating OneShop , TO MAKE IT BETTER! That or they took something personally on FB and just want to say something snarky to get even. So dumb. This is an amazing app, I’ve referred a lot of people to use it and none of them had any issues, just made sales! I always recommend it and tell others you’ll only wish you got it sooner! Thanks team!

I can’t say enough about OneShop. I’m a Poshmark seller and it has completely changed my business in the 2 full months I have used it. My business has increased 140% month 1 170% month 2. It’s a game changer. It’s the bots that do everything I need. I want to hug the creators and the response team are totally on point. I can contact via text with an issue and it’s resolved in no time. I never had customer service that reached out to me to tell me that there was a glitch and how to remedy it. It’s a completely new experience for me to have a response team actually available and competent while being cool and courteous. I feel like they care about my business succeeding. Refreshing and truly ups the game. Looking forward to growing with this crew.

I love OneShop! I’ve used other cross posting platforms, but this one is my favorite. It lets you print shipping labels from multiple platforms at once, de-lists on other sites when you sell an item, does price drops for you on Poshmark, you can schedule postings for future dates, and lots of other automated features that help me boost my sales when I’m also working full time.
Need to also give a major shout out to the support team. Whenever I have an issue, I can text them, and they respond super fast. Not only that, but they usually correct whatever my issue is within a few minutes. I love knowing that if something goes wrong (which is not often) I have someone to help me 24/7.

I left PosherVA and never looked back. These guys know what’s up and know what resellers need because they listen to feedback and they’re resellers themselves. Crosslisting, sharing, sending offers, you name it. It tracks your sales across all platforms and you can download or print shipping labels all at once from OneShop . It is your personal assistant and takes care of the annoyances of reselling so that you can focus on listing and shipping, listing and shipping. With all that freed up time, you can get back to the best part - sourcing! Highly, highly recommended. Make one extra sale a month (and I promise you’ll make more than that), and it’s paid for. Don’t hesitate.

By sharing my items, adding followers to my closet and return sharing others’ items, OneShop has allowed me the extra time to list more items and focus on my business. I would normally share my own closet approx 500 items daily and with this app, it’s more like 4,500 shares daily. My sales have doubled since using OneShop. I am still spending the same amount of time on this work, just prioritizing my time better. I definitely recommend for those that are needing more exposure to their already awesome closets! this app doesn’t guarantee you sales, it’s helps you to get your closet noticed. If you have what people want, the sales will come with this app!

I started out with the one week free trial of this app(actually it was SuperPosher). I am new to reselling and was having a hard time making sales getting noticed or any views on my poshmark closet.
The difference I noticed in one week on this app was amazing. I didn’t have to worry about relisting sharing constantly. It frees up my time to focus on what was important and that was building g a stronger and bigger closet. I’ve only been actively selling full time on Poshmark a little over a month but the help this app gives me is amazing. It’s worth every penny of the $11 a week or $45 a month.
On top of that I am apart of a this app group that I have learned so so much from and appreciate.
I didn’t think k would ever like Poshmark or succeed on there but I am. In just a month I’m one step away from Posh Ambassador!! That never would have happened without this app’s help!
The creators of OneShop are available for questions and help if I need them and they are always keeping us up to date on things to come etc in OneShop by posting in the Facebook group.

The best thing about OneShop is how invested the developers are in their users success. I started with the free trial and decided to get OneShop if it paid for itself during the free time. It did! And then some! Without OneShop I was making a couple hundred a month. My sales doubled with OneShop ! As I learned more tips and tricks I’ve surpassed my monthly and weekly goals and know with diligence and OneShop working for me 24/7 (cheapest personal assistant you can get!) that my next step up of goals will be met and I’m on my way to fulfilling a dream of being self sufficient and profitable. Seriously….. get OneShop and join the forums to learn and grow !

I love using this app for many reasons :
They have a super fast response time to answering any questions by text, they are adding new tools and updates a lot, you only pay $11 a week or about $45 per month which isn’t bad at all for all the new tools they are adding. Now I can link multiple marketing places to OneShop and crosslist (Mercari and Poshmark- more coming soon). They share almost 6000 items a day for me on Poshmark so I have more free time and lots more sales coming in. Their fb group is extremely supportive and friendly to work with as well to grow your business and make new friends.

I’ve been using this app since before it was this app & I love it! It makes my job much easier & faster! I switched to full time reselling in 2020 and a few months later was introduced to OneShop, total game changer!!

Of course like any app that is constantly trying to improve itself, it has it’s difficult or frustrating moments where you have to send feedback because something isn’t working right, BUT their customer service is AMAZING, transparent and genuine; and the best I have EVER dealt with. They truly are just trying to bring their product to its maximum potential. Normally I have minimal patience for technology stuff, but I have yet to get the “hulk smash” urge when dealing with them. It is always a pleasant and helpful experience & I just look at it as sending them feedback is only going to help myself and my fellow resellers in the long run!

If you’re looking to up your game and get serious about your online selling, this is OneShop for you, highly recommended!!

I installed OneShop without high expectations but I've seen my sales triple in less than a month. I have over 6000 active listings on Poshmark and just didn't have the time to share my closet or anyone else's multiple times a day like recommended but OneShop runs in the background and does it for you in your sleep. I have only activated the return shares, return follows and share my closet bots because I'm too much of a control freak to let them access or change my listings but those three alone have been an absolute game changer for my sales. Highly recommend and it's worth every penny!

I am so happy with OneShop, it’s made almost every aspect of reselling online easier and way less time consuming for me. I have made 3x the sales in the last month that I’ve had OneShop then the previous 3 months since I’ve started selling on Poshmark. I’ve never had much luck with Depop or Mercari but now I’ve got the time to put into learning the best strategy for cross listing and working these sites. Now they have EBay as well! It has also totally streamlined my shipping process. I have tried a few others and they all fall short of this app!

OneShop is awesome. If you’re a real reseller you'll agree. If OneShop isn’t helping you make sales there is something wrong with your shop, your phone or YOU. So before you blame this app for a problem take a look at yourself first because it’s probably a user error. Ive been using OneShop for almost a year now and have NEVER had my listings screwed up, have always had all features work, had prompt response from support when I had a question, and have had an increase in sales without having to do the tedious job of sharing. OneShop can’t guarantee sales, but if you have stuff that sells, and common sense, OneShop will definitely help you make those sales!
