Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever E-RUN app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix E-RUN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the E-RUN app on iPhone
Update E-RUN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall E-RUN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix E-RUN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve E-RUN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

E-RUN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix E-RUN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent E-RUN app issues:

Force Stop the E-RUN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click E-RUN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update E-RUN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear E-RUN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "E-RUN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch E-RUN.

Fix E-RUN unable to contact server/ E-RUN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click E-RUN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got E-RUN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch E-RUN on android.
