The watch no longer shows incoming text messages, but will show incoming phone calls. I checked, and all the settings on the app and phone are correct; nothing changed.
After opening the app and checking the "I have read . . ." and "I am over 13 years old" there is no way to complete joining fitdock. How is this supposed to work? Android app on Samsung Z Fold4.
Did not receive verification email. Customer support unresponsive.
I am only receiving call notifications through watch but not getting any texts through the watch. All my settings are turned on for receiving the texts through watch but nothing happens.
I cannot get my watch to come out of exercise mode can you help?
Watch will no pair with Samsung JV7 phone. Try all the suggestions :restart phone ,Bluetooth, and watch
I can’t pair my EW1 smart watch to my Apple iPhone 11,I have done everything possible to try to fix it so idk what’s up with it,it keeps saying I need to give permission to my location and I did do that already so help please

Cannot be pair with my Samsung Galaxy Android cellphone. I downloaded the Fitdock App not working at all. Please help.
The Fitdock counts steps but it is not an accurate. How do I adjust stride length under steps? Ihe steps do not appear to align with the actual mileage covered.
My Fitdock is counting steps, time, etc. but isn't logging my heart workout. I walked 5 miles and 11,634 steps in an hour and forty minutes, yet no heart workout was recorded.

My clock time is running slow. Right now it is 9:24 pm. I tried to reboot and I'm stuck on the scan code. Coffeescreen
