Hi there, I purchased 2 of the Vigor 2 L for my children and unfortunately the BIGGERFIVE App isn't working. To start with it worked for a little bit, it let me add one child but not the other. I tried rebooting my phone with no luck. So, I tried uninstalling the App and reinstalling it. When I opened the App up again it wouldn't initiate and wouldn't connect to the network. Network was working fine, I even rebooted it just in case. I also put the App on my partner's phone and the same thing happened with not being able to initiate or connect to a network. I really hope this issue is something that can be solved as one is a birthday gift for my son which is coming up in just over a week. Thank you, Casey
My sons unable to tell how many steps he’s done from his watch. And neither can I retrieve the same from my phone app. The device and phone are synching okay as we are able to change the face, etc. Phones been working okay for the past couple of weeks Very strange but more so, very frustrating for a 7 year old! Whose excited to track each of his day activity.
We have two of these. I have set my daughters to sync with my phone and my son’s with his dads. Both watches lose data and the time changes for no reason (they have never run out of battery.) Then I connect to the app to try to put the time correct and the screen changes to the default watch face. The data is not being transferred and it is a very disappointing product for the price.
I've synced my one child's watch but my second child's watch won't sync. I can't see their steps or any data from the app on my phone. Why are there so many issues with this product? Under the family plan I should be able to see their data. It won't work.
Biggerfive vigor 2 wont reconnect to the app even though it's paired to the phone. So cannot use it or sync it or d anything really. Parent and kid both are disappointed and frustrated. Please help.
Bracelet won't pair so cannot update time or do anything really. Have followed all help steps, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Nothing works Pretty frustrating and disappointing for child.
