How to fix Intuition app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Intuition app on iPhone
Update Intuition app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Intuition iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Intuition on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Intuition network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Intuition Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Intuition not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Intuition App
1. On android, goto Settings » Intuition » click [Force Stop]

Update Intuition to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Intuition App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Intuition » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Intuition.

Fix Intuition unable to contact server/ Intuition internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Intuition » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Intuition » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Intuition
