- The app charges high prices for each track.

- The app has annoying ads that some users find intrusive.

- Some sessions, such as the Lucid dreaming session, may not work for all users and may be full of sharp sounds that make it difficult to fall asleep.

How to fix Brainwaves app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Brainwaves app on iPhone
Update Brainwaves app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Brainwaves iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Brainwaves on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Brainwaves network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Brainwaves Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Brainwaves not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Brainwaves App
1. On android, goto Settings » Brainwaves » click [Force Stop]

Update Brainwaves to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Brainwaves App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Brainwaves » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Brainwaves.

Fix Brainwaves unable to contact server/ Brainwaves internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Brainwaves » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Brainwaves » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
