Force Stop the Awaken App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Awaken app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Awaken app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Awaken.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Awaken » "Force Stop".

Again, got Awaken » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
