When at first log in after after i choose the language on the connection path it says me that i am not connected to internet tho i am..! I tried to delete cache data permissions resets deleted app 2 3 times

When I'm logged into the game on my phone when I tap my equipment on the character screen the game crashes. When having my bag open I'm unable to equip any new armor or weapons or open any items in the bag. When trying to quest I'm unable to pick up items from the dead bodies. I'm unable to set any quests to track from quest logs.
