Once again the app is broken. Most people go into their mortgage app once a month, to make a payment. This app is continually broken at the beginning of the month when you’re trying to make your mortgage payment. So frustrating

Exactly like other reviewers-it won’t let me in after typing in the authentication number. And yes, this garbage functionality is very similar to the website. But hey, I guess this company gives me even more incentive to pay off my mortgage, just to get away from them...so silver lining.

The app, be it on iPhone or iPad, is always messed up. Not once in the last several months have I been able to just log on and pay my mortgage. There is always an error..ALWAYS. FIX IT!!
