It thinks I’m in California

All I needed to do was change my phone number but the app works not allow it. Was told I had to create a be account, which required a new email (an account I never use). So now I’ve created the account, but it keeps saying I’m in California; no matter how many times I save my Florida location. Also there is no return to the home page from the map selection when you set the preferred store. Also, it offered me to call the store, but there is a block to keep customers from calling the store. I need to know if they sell money orders, cannot call anyone to ask and the app has no answers either.

Data is a hot commodity these days and worth more than gold to a successful business, and most importantly the consumer who wants to be able to trust who they do business with.
In the apps sign-up process, it asks for me to check a box in agreements with terms and conditions, but will not allow me to read what those terms and conditions are. I’m glad I stopped at that point of the process, because by some of the reviews for this app, it sounds a bit suspect. So, full price and un rewarded, it ‘tis until I can see what we are both agreeing on.
Credit check?

When I couldn’t finish enrolling to use the app I finally gave them my info to verify my age. I got a text and call from lifelock within seconds. Are they doing a credit check? I hope not.
Are they storing my personal information securely? I sure hope so. I can’t say a ton about the functionality nor the value of the app. I deleted it within a one day.
smh.
