All I needed to do was change my phone number but REBELRewards works not allow it. Was told I had to create a be account, which required a new email (an account I never use). So now I’ve created the account, but it keeps saying I’m in California; no matter how many times I save my Florida location. Also there is no return to the home page from the map selection when you set the preferred store. Also, it offered me to call the store, but there is a block to keep customers from calling the store. I need to know if they sell money orders, cannot call anyone to ask and REBELRewards has no answers either.

There is always a glitch when I try to use rewards. Today it needed a PIN & I was told I had to go online to set one. I specifically do not go to this gas station often because of REBELRewards issues. I cannot tell you how many times I have been unable to get my gas discount.

Constantly not working at the stores in my area. Constantly getting useless text msgs

Been you using REBELRewards for 4 months now and I haven’t racked up any points at all. I don’t get it.

The system is terrible always down even if the store is open, they will not honor their sales.

Rebel put a few gas stations in South Bend a few years ago why there’s no point we don’t even get the full experience of what they have in California????

Immediately started receiving an abundance of spam calls, and text asking if I was interested in buying a car from locations all over the country. Do not download.

Switched to app and confirmed my info. And everytime i try and use at store it DONT WORK. complete junk

Data is a hot commodity these days and worth more than gold to a successful business, and most importantly the consumer who wants to be able to trust who they do business with.

In the apps sign-up process, it asks for me to check a box in agreements with terms and conditions, but will not allow me to read what those terms and conditions are. I’m glad I stopped at that point of the process, because by some of the reviews for REBELRewards, it sounds a bit suspect. So, full price and un rewarded, it ‘tis until I can see what we are both agreeing on.

When I couldn’t finish enrolling to use REBELRewards I finally gave them my info to verify my age. I got a text and call from lifelock within seconds. Are they doing a credit check? I hope not.

Are they storing my personal information securely? I sure hope so. I can’t say a ton about the functionality nor the value of REBELRewards . I deleted it within a one day.

Receiving notifications from REBELRewards almost daily with nothing I’m interested in being bothered with. Will give it a few more weeks and probably delete this one.

there are a lot of bad reviews but this works just fine for me. the amount you have to spend to get points is a joke tho which makes this feel pointless getting an account

When I was asked I selected to import my old data into the new app. That was useless as all my rewards have disappeared. The new reward system isn’t working in my store yet either so I can’t even start building new ones again.

I’ve never had a rewards app ask me for so much personal information. It wanted me to verify my age by verifying information. How does it even know where my sister lives, or my past addresses?

Found out they now deliver alcohol through REBELRewards itself. Gave it a try and was very impressed. My order arrived quickly and all I had to do was provide my ID and signature. Over all a great experience. Cheers! 🥂

Some of my items were incorrectly priced on my receipt, but I did not notice until I arrived at home and discovered the error. I was able to resolve the problem via the Rebel Support group via REBELRewards . It was simple, fast and the problem was resolved. Thank you Rebel for caring about your customers and for the quick resolution.
