Chores Tracker Chart - Chap Reviews

I always have future chores to get done, especially in the new year. I have chores like getting my oil changed or getting my license renewed that I can put far ahead to help me remember, because I often won’t! That is one of the best things about Chap specifically. It helps with the long term as well as the short term.

I found it from the creator on tiktok and I’ve been using it every day since, Greta for making sure I get my workout, learning and cleaning in order without missing a day

At no point does ChoresTrackerChart indicate prior to download or account setup that it is a “subscription” based service. The only reason I knew before setting up an account and therefore providing personal information is I’m one of those who reads the terms or service. The face they don’t indicate this at all makes me very wary of dealing with the company/service, combined with the fact they “only” have 5 star reviews from accounts with what appears to be random letter user names.

Just saw your tiktok and commented- My user is ScaredAero. I’m really impressed with the coding. I recommended ChoresTrackerChart to all my friends and family and some downloaded it already! They love ChoresTrackerChart as much as I do. So helpful!

It’s great for tasks but one thing I noticed is that if you schedule a single thing a month in advance, it puts it up for you on the current month you’re on despite it being due next month.

last year i was in a rut and gained a good bit of weight. but through constant routine i broke it and now i’m down 25 pounds of fat and up 20 of muscle. i have recently been using ChoresTrackerChart to help me keep track of my workouts and it’s great, if i would’ve had this when i started it would’ve been much easier. good morning man

Great app, but I would like to suggest a dark mode setting or something like that, that would be awesome

Literally the best app to plan out chores with roommates. I also use it as a to-do list!

Nice app

It’s been a great app for getting all of the roommates to collectively agree on monthly/weekly tasks. One overlook is when we have a task that is rotating between members, if a member doesn’t complete it on the due date, it rotates to the next member indicating that the next member is overdue. Small overlook, hopefully can be fixable because it’s quite confusing to see a task is overdue for someone who is the next rotating member.

Omg, I was looking for something to keep track of my habits and this helped me. I didn’t know where to look, so I looked in TikTok as it sometimes is not exactly trustworthy. Since this wasn’t a major account, I really didn’t know to trust this. I got ChoresTrackerChart and just created an account today, and let me tell you, I am AMAZED! No forceful reminder that says “hey wanna up date to premium?”, there’s a separate link for you to subscribe. ChoresTrackerChart is everything, and it can be used for both personal use and family use. I really am hoping to get the best out of this, thanks a lot again! ❤️

i use this to keep track of school assignments, one feature I wish was present was the option for one-time-only chores to self delete upon completion, its annoying to go into edit>delete every time and would be more convenient if they just went away

other than that and more color options, great chore app!

This is the first app I’ve seen that lets you set customized recurring tasks for free! I love using it. One request I have, and hopefully it’s in the works, is to make a Home Screen widget for ChoresTrackerChart so we can see what chores are coming up.

I like ChoresTrackerChart so far but I don’t understand the rotating option. So it rotates people assigned to the task every 24 hours, the issue is if someone doesn’t complete their task the next day it will just rotate to someone else. What is the point of sharing tasks or “rotating” when you can just ignore it and it’ll rotate to someone else? And there’s no history if someone skipped out on a task either. So I don’t understand the purpose of rotating then…

Widget please! 🙏🏿 and a place to add monetary value for chores. Also a way to accept or reject tasks. And a way to block off calendar availability. And I will love you for life!

Great way to split up the share of chores and track what still needs to be done

I use this all the time. Before, my dog would always go hungry, but now, I always feed it.

I was really excited at first about Chap. I tried a few other apps but this one was the first that seemed to have the functionality I actually wanted. Unfortunately, it's super buggy. Sending you notifications daily for tasks you've already completed.

I emailed support to let them know and they said that they're aware of the issue but because they're working on a major rewrite of ChoresTrackerChart that won't be finished for at least another 2 months, they aren't going to fix it.

That's unacceptable to me and I had to delete ChoresTrackerChart . I don't want to receive a notification everyday from ChoresTrackerChart for tasks that are already done. I would turn off notifications but the entire point of ChoresTrackerChart is to get reminders for tasks!

Our family used to use OurHome app and when looking for a replacement this one seemed to be a condenser. I like that you can rotate chores; however, my changes are not staving. I also wish we could restrict edit rights. My kids will have fun changing the name/order of the chores. I also miss OurHome's reward system. I know there are other apps out there but I don't want to connect to a bank account to it.

I logged in with my Google ID instead of my Apple and can’t log out! I removed the connection between Google and Chap, and deleted ChoresTrackerChart on my phone. Neither the logout nor the delete account buttons are functional!
