At no point does the app indicate prior to download or account setup that it is a “subscription” based service. The only reason I knew before setting up an account and therefore providing personal information is I’m one of those who reads the terms or service. The face they don’t indicate this at all makes me very wary of dealing with the company/service, combined with the fact they “only” have 5 star reviews from accounts with what appears to be random letter user names.
