I made my account like 8 days ago and Ive been stuck on the same screen that says your account with be activated in 2 days and its already been 8 days I called customer service 3 days ago she said some information was missing I gave it to her then she said my account will be activated the next day… Its been 3 days so I called again today and that was a waste of my time she didn’t tell me anything new and said it will take another 3-5 WORKING DAYS??
what’s the point of advertising this new “simple & fast way to open a bank account!!” “easiest and fasted way to get a bank account” when this takes the same time if not more than any other bank if I would open a new account.

From the get go, on signup up for an account MbankUAE just freezes and you cannot do anything past the selfie stage. No button or response what so ever

This bank service is really bad . I applied bank acc from application two weeks ago. I don’t get the card so I complain to bank . There is no one to answer my complaint and has only robot. I waiting too long . But it’s not working. This bank service is really bad and I think that bank is not real. M bank is scammer bank .

I’m still waiting since 2 weeks for the card and nothing I can do , and I don’t speak the Reboot language . And I do have money in the account now . So I’m stuck I don’t know what to do .

PLEASE HOW I CAN GET MY MONEY OUT AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT , ITS USELESS AND A LOT OF PEOPLE SAYING IS A LONG TERM SCAMMING BANK

My account has been suspended, and my funds have been frozen for four months without any reason. Whenever I contact them, they respond that the account will be reactivated within two business days.

Seemed all good and seamless process till I reached the authorization that allows Maryah bank access to my credit score thru AECB for them, their subsidiaries, agents, Credit Bureau staff and any third-parties without naming them to manipulate and access my data as they wish.
THIS IS A RED FLAG!
This could lead to sell your data to profit from it or become continuous target for salesman, even more than now! God knows what else.
Other banks asks for your permission each time they need to access it.
Don’t treat this lightly, it is important to keep this information private.

Face matching is not opening the front camera
I’m sure I gave the permission or I wouldn’t be able to scan Emirates ID in the first place

I never receive my card never so confused me

If there is a problem, you have to call twenty times until someone answers the phone

MbankUAE still has so many glitches- many times it just doesn’t open then after a while all is well.
The virtual assistant is totally useless
Overall not so bad. Was able to create an account and subscribe to an ipo. But not without a bit of pain

Everything is smooth and good. However, there are two major downsides: International Transfer and Apple Pay. 🤞

It’s smooth and convenient for a new user like me. Hope to get more Branches for bank and ATM in Dubai 🤗

It's so smooth and easy to use

Everything is good and going smoothly with the bank and app, only you guys need to add PayPal services and international transfers

It has one problem Al ANSARI exchange they should have more than was to deposit money other than Al ANSARI as investor need to feel professional for services to be trusted

Here is my regard and my experience at Mbank in n Dubai mall, The best service and most kind and informative person in Mbank office help me and everyone with patience and care is SAMJAD
