Lefantlife is terrible. Bad design, lacking features, and worst of all, it doesn’t have its own Alexa skill. Instead of an exclusive Lefant skill, it forces you to login using Smart Life. The problem is, I already have Smart Life bulbs so when I try to connect the vacuum to Alexa, it logs me out of the bulbs. Basically, I’m forced to choose if I want to be able to voice control my bulbs or my vacuum, but not both at the same time. Terrible! It needs its own skill. Seems like a ton of these imported smart products share the same apps (Smart Life, Tuya, Sengled, Betterlife - they all seem to be the same) and what is more confusing is that I have three different logins all for the same app, because the poor design doesn’t consider that issue. Needs to be fixed. Basically unusable at this point. Also, notice all the fake reviews for Lefantlife in broken English. Such a waste.

We tried another brand but they were always getting lost and not connecting to the network. All the problems were solved with Lefant. And, they are powerful. We also love they talk.

I am very happy with the performance of my robot vacuum / mopping system, but I noticed that I cannot get two things to work in Lefantlife .
I see there is a place for “cleaning record”, yet after using daily timers for starting cleaning and returning to base for charging, nothing ever shows in the “cleaning record” area, also the book and site stated I could follow progress of where or what it was doing and I see nothing for mapping, I have the M500-a and can’t find anything about the Mapping.
I was told there is another App that could also help with that, but I like using this one, can you please help me, maybe Lefantlife is still updating?

One function that seems curiously absent from Lefantlife is a return home (the charge station). Perhaps it’s missing because my unit may not have that explicit functionality. However, when it’s running low on charge it knows how to locate home. It seems implicit that there would be a go home button in Lefantlife but there is not. To me this is something missing.

The m571 works great but Lefantlife is an appalling joke I’ve tried to connect using an IPhone no luck then I tried on the IPad to no avail so I’m stuck so far only being able to s heckle it once a day . I guess I’ll have to buy a higher end product and maybe just use this in the bed room or boot room but definitely I won’t buy another one it’s 2021 if you can’t schedule things properly in the smart era then it’s all gor naught hope they enjoy that one time purchase because I will never buy this brand again

Need only to block a few catch points where the little guy/gal gets stuck. Very pleased!!

It cleans amazingly good. We use it every day. The only negative I would have are two things. I was sh it would save it’s “map” so it can do the same thing each time. The second would be it tends to clear the same spot at least 3 times.

Buy an extra brush. Got it on sale for like 68$. Works pretty well, but the filter and brush wear out quick. Nicer than coming home to dusty pollen on the dark floor when I leave windows open.

This little vacuum is awesome! Definitely worth every penny!

I cannot advance to the next part of the WiFi configuration to be able to schedule anything with my vacuum. The vacuum itself works great, but I bought it for the compatibility with Alexa and can’t even connect it to anything. Will be returning.

I have had the hardest time connecting, and when it is connected it doesn’t work with my app.

I have had this for about 6 months and can not get it to connect to Lefantlife it’s so frustrating. I’m about to throw it away and get another brand. It should be this hard

For example, supper instead of super. The English localization team needs to do a once over with Lefantlife to fix improper spelling and Chinese characters left in Lefantlife .

Looks like Lefantlife is not allowing connection with the cleaner or the cleaner is not connecting to Wi-Fi either way this is a big problem renders Lefantlife useless and renders some of the functionality of the cleaner useless I’m hoping that a fix will appear soon

Was wondering when an if Lefantlife an or robot vacuum would update again? It would be nice to see them update more often than they are.

And before you start bleeting about 2.4gHz band. I have dual band router that has flawlessly attached scores of IoT devices. It will be going back, if not remedied soon. NUMEROUS complaints recently of same issue - greyed out button in app setup. Support seems non-existent.

Like the others here, I cannot complete the WiFi connection setup. I’ve tried every variation of the instructions provided. Very frustrating. Waiting to hear back from support.

Like others, connected at first, but been unable to connect back for months now. So frustrating. I’m tech savvy too.

This is a good robot it doesn’t talk back and he won’t ever cheat on me or leave me.

The Best Product Clean Home 5Start

I’ve now tried to connect with two units. Both failed with the EX setup and AP mode. I returned the first m201 as instructed and now the second unit failed to connect after multiple attempts.

I just added a M520 and it hooked up fine. Unfortunately both of my M501-A both were dropped off of WiFi in Lefantlife a week ago. They won’t reattach.

Have an M201 that won’t get past the “verify light is blinking” page as the next button stays grayed out in both EZ mode and AP mode. App lacks troubleshooting and support.

I wish I would have read Lefantlife reviews before I purchased. It won’t connect so it’s going back.

The instructions say that if you have 5GHz WiFi then you have to reconfigure it to 2.4GHz. I’m not prepared to do that. Hence Lefantlife is of no use to me.
