Summary of Navi Problems 🔥

- Interface is a little weird and only shows one line of text at a time

- Only picks up the user's voice instead of the other person's voice

- Does not support all languages, such as Persian (Farsi)

- Some users experienced issues with non-full screen devices not allowing voice recognition to be enabled

- Can devolve into fits of laughter when multiple people talk, which may not be desirable in all situations.

today problem in navi app , always show check internet connection ,

Using Navi on two phone calls last night on iPhone. First call had text balloon working until it filled up, and then only saw . . . - while the person was still talking. This happened several times on this call. Second phone call using Navi saw the text balloon scrolling properly but eventually our phone's text froze and anything we said would not show up. I am recently deaf so I need for both sides to work since I cannot hear what my wife is saying sitting beside me. Looking for suggestions please Thank you - Jerry

How to fix Navi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Navi app on iPhone
Update Navi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Navi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Navi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Navi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Navi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Navi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Navi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Navi » click [Force Stop]

Update Navi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Navi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Navi.

Fix Navi unable to contact server/ Navi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Navi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Navi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Navi
