I have both new MHealth and old MyChart apps installed. MHealth slightly expands but not fully. The MyChart fully expands in both modes.
Wait times are getting out of hand and medical gaslighting is REAL! They don’t actually care about the patients…send yourself to a specialist and cut out the middle man.
Please fix your calendar use on iOS to be compatible with “add events only” permission. There is no reason to require “full access”. This is an unnecessary privacy risk for users.
MHealthFairview is all over the place and doing something simple as sending a message to your doctor is hard to locate. MHealthFairview needs to be optimized to make things simple and not so cluttered.
Problems closing letters page. Just keeps popping back up so I can’t get off of letters page or log out
Is very helpful, although could be more effective if could send staff direct emails.
Although I like the doctors and nurses and assistants and reception people I’ve met, there seems to be total disorganization when it comes to my health results and communication. I shouldn’t have to be the one to ask if the labs have been reviewed or when someone is going to get back to me with results. And that’s what I’ve experienced.
Application work’s pretty good but has some issues like miss appointments Are not working at time’s

I cannot enter MyChart with my password as it will not register when I try to submit it.
Only used MHealthFairview a few times so far and I love the look! It looks so much better then the old app and easier to navigate.
