I’ve been trying to use ToppersPizza off and on for over a year and only once have I ever been able to successfully place an order with ToppersPizza . I order Toppers at least once a month so that’s a pretty low success rate. Every other time I end up back on the website due to a multitude of issues with ToppersPizza . Most recently it’s stuck on a screen asking for my phone number, when I put it in I get a pop up that says “oops that number has already been used.”. I don’t even know why it’s on that screen when I open ToppersPizza in the first place. I’ve deleted, redownloaded, checked for updates, etc. multiple times. It’s getting deleted for good now because it’s unusable. This is by far the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had using an app. Do not recommend.

I placed order through my account . Not sure why I need to enter phone number each time to track it . Why can’t you tie order with the account ? Even there is no re load option for the tracking so in order to get fresh update I need to re track it by entering phone number again .

I have never gotten an online or app order to submit, So I end up having to call and talk to someone who’s first language is not English, Has a very heavy accent, and Bad phone connection. It took 7 minutes to order one pizza, 5 of that was him trying to understand the address. FIX YOUR TECHNOLOGY!

ToppersPizza works fine. The company not so much. Find somewhere else to order pizza from that isn’t full of liars. Toppers doesn’t hire employees of integrity. After our most recent experience it’s going to be hard to find a different place to order pizza. All of the quality goes into the pizza not into who they hire.

I’ve been trying to sign up for the rewards for years. Never works. I get an error message from ToppersPizza when I try to login and the browser shows an error every time I try to view rewards. Starting to think that the rewards program doesn’t actually exist.

I’ve ordered from toppers without ToppersPizza many times. When trying to create my profile it tells me my phone number has already been taken and there is no way to get past it. So ToppersPizza is worthless to me.

I’ve given up trying to order pizza n ToppersPizza . It never works. All I ever get is a spinning wheel and ‘please wait’. I am half tempted to just order from Dominoes. At least that app works. Maybe the developers of the Toppers app can learn something from Dominoes on how to make an order-app that actually works. Until then, I guess it’s Dominoes Pizza 🤷‍♂️.

I downloaded ToppersPizza but it won’t let me log in. I double checked the account password on my computer and made sure I could log in there. I even reset the password and tried it.
Maybe it’s just down for now but between my experience on the website and now ToppersPizza as much as I love their pizza I haven’t been impressed with their tech.

Frustrating because account history (past orders and rewards) do not show in ToppersPizza and it gives error message “.” (NULL) when I try to update phone number or other profile items. Promotions ask me to login (even though I am already logged in).

This is a good case of test your software before you release it!

Garbage sorry excuse for an app that you can’t even sign into. I have two accounts with toppers and can’t sign into either “password is incorrect” errors every time, even after resetting the password and cannot Sign in with Apple or create a new account because it requires a phone number and they won’t let you use the same one twice. Ridiculous.

ToppersPizza is absolute garbage. All it is is a browser within ToppersPizza and it constantly tries to make you login over and over even though you’ve already done it multiple times don’t dare press the back button or you’ll wind up at the home screen again and have to login again complete garbage lazy coding use the browser instead which is already terrible since the update eight years ago lol.

I love Toppers Pizza. I love their staff. But ToppersPizza? An absolute trainwreck. It feels like it was coded by toddlers smashing a keyboard for the first time. Ordering pizza should be simple. Registration should be seamless. Instead, I got a labyrinth of broken, overcomplicated nonsense.

I tried everything—Apple login, Facebook, phone number, email, website, app. Repeatedly. It just doesn’t work. At all. Whoever developed ToppersPizza clearly has no respect for the paying customers funding their incompetence.

ToppersPizza isn’t just bad—it’s offensively bad. Whoever approved it for release should be permanently banned from software development.

I can’t even log into ToppersPizza . I know 100% I’m using the correct info because it’s copy pasted from a password manager. Works on their website, but ToppersPizza refuses to log me in. Although their website isn’t much better considering half the time it’ll just REFUSE any card you give it.

Love Toppers pizza, but ToppersPizza , not so much…. Tried ordering and kept getting an error that I wasn’t connected to internet, yet I was. App kept getting locked up and I finally gave up and went somewhere else for supper. Please put out and update and fix ALL the issues people seem to be having or just get rid of ToppersPizza .

Cannot sign in to ToppersPizza . Works in browsers but not in ToppersPizza . Keeps saying the password is correct when I can sign in via the browser. Signing in via browser doesn’t give app rewards so I guess it’s kind of too bad for us wanting to use app rewards.

I would give it a solid 3 stars it won’t let me deliver. I’m really sad because I was really hoping they would let me deliver on ToppersPizza .

You used to be able to refresh your order so it would update and you’d know when it’s ready but now it’s not even an option or I’d give it 5 stars

Can you remove the restart button at the top and give us an option for homepage in place of that plz because restart just doesn’t make any sense. I’m too worried to hit it I’m wondering why that choice instead of menu to go back to home page, maybe change it from the word restart to the word back or menu for the homepage it just makes more sense

Can’t even log in , keeps giving me invalid information errors yet it works perfectly fine on the web

Toppers can do what others can’t! They’ve done it right every time for my sibling, sister and I. They are so in-tune with the now-crowd. Vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free (lactose intolerance) and all the other ones. Toppers understands; They get it. My favorite place through and through. Even though they came from Wisconsin; I gotta give it to ‘em. Y’all have it down pat. Great things y’all are doing. If you ever make a commercial reach out to me! I’m a toppers enthusiast!
