I had high hopes for the new app because the prior version was awful during my last trip in February. I Checked my pre-existing reservation for Orlando in September and saw that I had been assigned backward facing seats for both legs of the trip. (With the prior app you couldn’t tell which way your seats were facing until you boarded the train). So I followed the instructions on the website about how to change seats and it said it could only be done on Brightline . However Brightline won’t let you change your seats and when i click on modify reservation and change seats it tells me there are no trains running the dates I selected. Even though I have an existing reservation for those dates. So I drove to the station today to see if they could change the seats for me. Nope. While the employees are lovely and want to be helpful they could not assist me because Brightline was not working. They did take my information and I hope someone gets back to me. For the amount of money this app charges there should not be these repeated technological challenges with booking.

App was working just fine a month ago. Ever since they “upgraded” Brightline it’s just useless. I’m unable to complete a booking, always same error message when paying “connection error”. I have to go to the website and restart the process all over again. I have already deleted and redownloaded and it didn’t fix it. I’m a frequent traveler and this is a huge inconvenience

Updated this app App has many bugs presently-
Using correct email address & receiving email confirmations-
However, after booking a trip, am unable to make any changes to trip with app or on computer- Can see my trips after booking them though am unable to edit seats or update trip times- Also unable to access my trip credits/refunds in my this app Wallet-
Only way I was able to address this was with Customer Service at WPB station in person- Website/App before update was clunky though functional-
However most of this functionality has been lost with updated App-
Showed Customer Service at WPB Station the issues on my App & they acknowledged are real & not user-error-
Lastly please note your App & Website no longer provide the ability to change password under My Account/Profile settings- Oddly option has disappeared as well-

I recently booked on this app. After booking, I downloaded Brightline to my iPhone and iPad. I created an account and successfully entered my trip info through Brightline on my iPhone. I also added a credit card for future payments, created a profile, etc.
Then I logged into Brightline from my iPad. Everything is there but the trip. I had to enter my trip info through Brightline on my iPad even though it was entered and shows up just fine on my iPhone.
Trips should show up across devices, not have to be entered per device. Makes no sense.

Booked my first trip online on my pc from Orlando to Miami, then circumstances required me to change my booking which you can only do in Brightline . So downloaded Brightline , entered my trip details and hit modify return and all I get is oops sorry there is a connection error. Retry. Tried closing and reopening, no luck. Kept trying on and off for 30 minutes or so. And each time I reopen Brightline it says I don’t have any existing bookings despite entering it in each time. Even deleted Brightline and reinstalled but still comes up with same error. In the end I had to use their chat line to make the change. So for me Brightline is useless.

You can’t change your seats, period. The responses Brighline gives to ppl reviewing on Brightline Store are inaccurate. Clearly they’ve never tried to modify seats after buying tickets. It simply will not let you change your seats if you’ve already finished the first leg of your round trip. Does this make sense? No. The high price should mean we can pick where we want to sit. I often find 10 empty seats behind me and somehow I get stuck next to someone because I cannot change my seat on Brightline before I get there. It’s just an ineffective app. Oh and they basically have no customer service to call. If you have trouble with a ticket, good luck.

The original this app app was mediocre, however, the update has made Brightline almost unusable.
After the initial update, I was unable to use the this app credit on my app to purchase a train pass. After calling their customer support team, the representative charged my credit card (rather than applying the this app credit). In an attempt to reverse the credit charge, they then double charge my credit card - totaling an additional $400 charge.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I called the customer support line. During this call, the representative advised that they were unable to support at their level, and that needed to open a ticket online.
I opened a ticket online and over the course of months had to send multiple follow up emails as their customer service was largely unresponsive.
Despite this ticket being open and escalated months ago, the customer support team has still failed to resolve this issue.
In person, the this app trains have been an overall enjoyable experience, however, I am extremely pointed with that untimely and disorganized response received from their customer support team, as well as this app’s inability to resolve this issue.

I’ve been using this app several times a week since they opened. I’ll start by saying that the staff that work the trains and the stations are fantastic. Courteous and always willing to help.
Last time they updated Brightline , I lost my trip pass because of a “change of management.” Front desk told me to contact customer service because they’re not authorized to make any changes in that regard. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do because the 10 trips included in the price were to be used within 30 days now, as opposed to the prior 90 day window.
Today, they rolled out a new update for the premium pass. Instead of including uber or other transportation to and from the station (5 mile radius), you get a 10 dollar coupon for uber. So it only serves you for a stone’s throw. When I went to use it on my return trip, turns out my coupon had expired even though I went to use it as I was arriving to the station. Opening Brightline to check the return trip ticket details, Brightline would just crash.
The front desk at my arriving station saved the day calling me an uber.
Every update they roll out makes it more expensive and cumbersome for the consumer. This isn’t a transportation service, it’s a cash grab. Guess I’ll go back to driving.

I was excited for the new app but that all has gone away when commuter passes disappeared, I had to buy a new one. Then all of a sudden the pass that disappeared, reappeared and I was charged for a duplicate pass in one month. I am still trying to resolve this but there is no customer service to talk to. Brightline use to track how many rides you have taken and that gave a sense of pride and loyalty, this function is now gone. The old app had a bank for any credits that were given. I had $15 in credits that are now gone and non recoverable. Be careful with looking at the direction of the arrows for how the train is going because a backwards facing seat might actually be a front facing seat. So far Brightline cost me $217 for a duplicate commuter pass + $17 ticket that was accidentally charged when my pass had a “hiccup with Brightline ” and $15 in lost credit that was in my “bank”. So in total I am down an extra $249 in excess fees this month in malfunctions of Brightline . I love the this app but Brightline needs serious help and is a failure so far.

i’m going to be honest… i’d never thought i’d write a review, but with each update, this app continues to decline in quality. how are you going to charge $629 a month for a premium pass and no longer include “complimentary rides.” if anyone is reading this, don’t be fooled because it’s not 100% complimentary depending on when you book. for us south florida folks that know this traffic very well, this app will now only allow you a $10 uber voucher in a short time frame window on the day of your trip, so you CANNOT book the uber days in advance to avoid booking during surge pricing. this would make the most sense since the voucher is only $10 and no uber in miami or ftl is going to be that cheap if you booked during peak hours. you will have to pay the rest out of pocket so good luck trying to get the so called “complimentary ride” if you book during peak surge pricing. esp with the amount of money the premium trips already cost. the extras were the only thing to differentiate it from the smart trips. do better this app. yall can afford it.

I don’t even know where to begin describing how bad this app’s software products are. Core processes (i.e. booking a trip) not working half of the time, trips and tickets disappearing / not showing in Brightline in the first place, absolutely unusable list of past trips, inability to turn on auto renew on pass, pass renewing at the wrong time and at the wrong price if you manage to turn on auto renew - it’s all there. Icing on the cake - pass prices went up significantly lately and it’s very hard to book a trip - everything is constantly sold out.
My wife has been forced to use this app for commuting on a daily basis for the past 4 months and the experience is all-around horrible. Well, except the trains themselves - they are kind of nice. But we are looking forward to the day we move closer to our jobs to never have to use the this app software products again.
As someone from the software development industry, it’s truly beyond me how can something of such low quality be approved to go to production. I’m not sure i’ve ever used software that’s THAT bad ever in my life. Fascinating.

I’m not sure what happened… I used to use Brightline all the time the past 2 years and it saved all my info, was very easy to use. Now it complexly lost my saved log in info and not just me, all my friends who used it as well. It has error messages all the time. So many in fact after multiple attempts I had to go home and book using my laptop. Please revert to the old app.
by Dtg83
Where’s the functionality that shows or better yet notifies you if your train is delayed or cancelled? People use your trains to get to appointments or flights. When you wait for people to travel all the way to your train station to let them know their train is an hour or more late or canceled you are eliminating their ability to arrange alternate transportation to their destination. It shows you don’t care at all about your passengers.

I purchased a round trip ticket and after that I created an account with the same email. Unfortunately my round trip ticket is not shown in my account. I can find it through Brightline by using the ticket number I received in my email, but I cannot add the trip to the “My Trips” section in my account. Thus, every time I want to check my tickets, I have to go to my email, copy the ticket number and find it in my account. Poor user experience.
by Fthisnikcnames
If you book or outside Brightline , still won’t show in your trips in Brightline . If you try to add them with the confirmation number it will always say Unable to locate trip, so basically you will never have the trips in Brightline .
When purchasing in Brightline it sent tickets to wrong e-mail! I checked my app and my account has the correct e-mail so what gives?
On top of that the customer service over phone was horrible to support with all these problems. Uff! For the high price of the tickets this is seriously lacking.
by BL Commuter
The QR codes are present when you purchase the ticket, but when you actually need them a day or more later, they're gone. I emailed Hello this app every day for a week and only got a generic auto-reply. I had similar, repeated problems with their automated garage and finally gave up and park elsewhere now. this app needs a better customer service model and better IT support.
by Shame On You Brightline
Traveled round trip on March 25th left at 3:50 pm to take my granddaughter home from spring break visit. My trip home arrived at 9:15 pm, I have traveled multiple times and have always been offered snacks and drinks on all trains but this trip was offered nothing the only offer we received was to throw away our trash multiple times, in order to have trash we would have to have been offered a chance to buy something. I have always enjoyed taking the this app but this may be my last trip if they are no longer going to provide the customer service that has been provided on my past trips. I promote you guys to all my friends because of my past experiences until today shame on you this app.
by Commuter Pass
I have auto renew of a commuter pass and parking pass. With the release of the new app my auto renew is off and I cannot buy new passes. Tech support has been working to solve this for a week. this app do better. Fix the issues. Even better don’t release technology that doesn’t work.
by Christopher P11
The service on these trains is getting worse. Trains now are slower, and delays are common. The staff training is very poor, especially the staff in the terminals. The trains are rowdy on the weekends and at night, alot of drunk people and not a great experience. When this app began, it was great. Now, is like taking a broken bus, with all the noise that goes along with that.
by NCBIV
If you just need to open your ticket it works fine, but don’t expect it to be reliable when it comes to booking or modifying a trip. It simply doesn’t work. I’ve been stranded at the station more than once because Brightline showed me a modified trip ticket and when I arrive for the new train time my ticket doesn’t exist.
by Eva1161716
Brightline is not working at all even though the train as already working. I bought a ticket on the website and Brightline cannot even open my trip/ticket. There is no function in that. Fix Brightline because it is one of the reasons I need this train for - convenience
by Drm9188
Says it all, I paid for tickets and they never gave them to me. When I tried reaching out to get a refund or the tickets I was entitled to they were unreachable and had their phone system set up to outright lie and say they were closed. The only way I was able to reach anyone was through a hidden phone number that my local sheriffs office provided me. When I called they lied and said they were not this app and had nothing to do with the train system even though their robotic teller clearly said they were this app. I tried reaching out through their chat system only to get a generic response that they were happy to help me and then ignored me completely afterwards. My emails were also all ignored. I tried reaching them through Facebook and twitter and had all my messages left on read and was never responded to. These people are fraudsters and crooks don’t buy your tickets online they will outright rob you without a hint of shame and your only recourse will be a lawsuit against them.

My husband and I both downloaded Brightline and were EXCITED at the opportunity to try this new train to Miami. We want to support public transportation but we were happy that the first ride was (supposedly) FREE. However, upon booking our reservations, we were each charged $44!!!! Even though the website and Brightline clearly say FIRST RIDE IS FREE. After several attempts to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE : via calling/ hung up on after 10 minutes!!! Then, via e-mail/ form letter response stating they had received my request but would be in touch later and then finally, via CHAT where the only solution was the give us FUTURE RIDE CREDITS!!!! What if we NEVER ride again???!!! It’s called FALSE ADVERTISING and it’s WRONG and now this app has BOTH credit card numbers and we are out $88 TOTAL!!!! Some FREE RIDE!!!! It leaves a terrible taste in our mouths

I never write reviews, ever. Not even when prompted by Brightline . My frustration with Brightline is so great that I proactively logged into Brightline Store, found this page, and wrote this. This is the least reliable piece of software I think I’ve ever used, and that includes the first generation iPhone software, as well as applications I personally developed in beginner computer science courses. I usually have trouble getting trip options to load, I’m not sure my ticket has ever loaded correctly on the first time, and the interface itself is very confusing. It’s awful. I honestly sometimes prefer to drive on the lawless, Mad Max-style speedway that is I-95 rather than take the wonderful, pristine, comfortable train JUST so that I could avoid using Brightline. I assume it was developed by a few teenage developers as a school project so that FECI could save money.
by Miamiboolin
As a massive this app supporter and long time fan I want nothing more than for the first private bullet train in the USA to succeed, but as an app developer and software engineer Brightline is absolute trash. It straight up doesn’t work. Forget UI/UX design, the basic features of creating a account, finding a train, adding a ticket to your cart, purchasing it, and accessing it to ride the train only works a small percentage of the time. You could make a absolute potato of an app, but if it did these couple things on a basic level at least it would be usable. You’re seriously better off just going on the website, looking up the times, and showing up and buying a ticket because clearly no one is using Brightline to buy one in its current state. This is a multibillion dollar company, and I’ve seen intro SWE boot camp “hello world” apps that are better than this
by Exytvss
How on earth can they expect to operate a business relying on Brightline? We were dropped off in WPB by friend and we told them we would take the this app back to Fort Lauderdale. Well, Brightline was uncooperative from the start. Signing up you have to type in all of the requisite personal information. Attempting to enter the state on the credit card info, you face a pre-filled field with “Alabama” in it. Nothing I did would allow me to type in “Florida”. Kept at it without any success. Reloaded Brightline ….nothing. Finally I found hidden on the bottom a scroll that I had to manipulate to Florida. Why on earth do you have to type in everything, but then need to find the scroll to Florida??
Next I had entered all of the passenger info and attempted to pay. Now Brightline refused to do anything other than say “oops, something went wrong”. It did this until I finally gave up and took an Uber home for $140!
This is the first and last time I will ever try to take the so-called “this app”….not so bright if you ask me!

I just booked my very first trip with this app. And I’m already having problems. I thought I selected Forward Facing Seats because people in my party have motion sickness but the seats are labeled “backward facing” on the website. When I contacted this app I was told “no, it’s forward facing”. Then why does it say Backward Facing next to each selected seat??
And there should be a way to add an existing trip to your account without it immediately disappearing. Very annoying. I sure hope the train experience is better than the website/app experience.
by Pingao
Went to open my app to get my already booked ticket and I was logged out of the account. I tried to log back and with my existing login information and received a “oops looks like there is a problem” message. I had to go to the counter and get a printed ticket. When I got to the office the web site was working fine. Tried deleting and downloading Brightline again and got the same message. I clicked the support link for Brightline and got “whoops! Seems like this page boarded the last train and is now gone”. There really is no one to speak to. It’s been downhill with their changes lately. Less for a higher cost. There is no option to leave zero stars.
by MuchNeededApp
For the past month been getting "Oops Connection Error" on the pay screen and then have to go to the website to book. Not cool. Fix it.
by Darkwing125
Can’t see old payment history. It turned my auto renewal off during the switch and now I have to pay for the same pass at a higher prices.
by That Guy979797
Brightline hasn’t worked in months. Do you guys ever plan on fixing Brightline or do the insanely over priced tickets not bring in enough revenue to hire a developer to make a functional app? Asking for a friend.
by Jabba_eats
Cannot believe your new app will not store passenger details nor cc info from a previous trip. Loved the last version. Hope your dev team is fixing.

Brightline doesn’t link to the shuttle updates. It inexplicably loses your trip info. No accessible customer support. Horrible.

Brightline is worthless! I wrote an honest negative review and they took it down!!!

Stop whenever you’re familiar with the story. this app comes to Southeast FL. They offer “premium” and “ smart” train rides from Miami to West Palm Beach (Miami to Orlando by Labor Day weekend). The train cars are nicely designed. The stations have cool lounges and there’s access to some happy hour from Monday through Friday for those wish to attend. Sounds great right? Of course, especially for commuters. Then you download Brightline which appears to work well up until there’s some recent update released. Now Brightline is trash. I can’t log into my account to book a commuter pass and parking pass. I go on my iPhones browser and can log in, but I can’t checkout now. On my laptop, I can log in but can’t check out. The odd thing is I can checkout on my phone and laptop if I’m not signed into my account. That defeats the purpose of having an account. Called the contact us on their website and was told to go in person to book it. I said okay cool. I deleted Brightline because it’s useless. I get to the station and they tell me they can’t book any passes because they don’t gave access to our account since the new update. What. The. ____. The supervisor asks to see me log into Brightline so I downloaded it again to show the errors. I did the same for my phones browser. Once they saw they decided to book a ticket for me. Meanwhile the train I needed to catch to get to my first day on the day job in time came and went. I ended up being 45 minutes late because I had to drive. If you know south Florida traffic you know why. Today is a new day with the same bull on Brightline , phone browser and on my laptop browser, so I’m already driving in today. I’ll be on time, but I’m not happy driving in when I planned to take the train. this app needs to do better.
by HaLoRoCkEr
So overall Brightline works good but when I or my family use Brightline to book an Uber via Brightline — even if you type the location in correctly it sends you to completely random places.
They aren’t even close. And the Uber driver can’t update it so it’s throws everything off. I just tried booking one now… should be a 15min cab ride — good thing I check the route in advance. For whatever reason it had me booked for a 55min trip to the middle of nowhere.
Definitely needs to be fixed — to note I updated Brightline to most recent as of Jan 14th, 2024
by LaeadvilleFire1
This is a severe safety concern. Sometimes it works most of time it doesn’t & I have been left in bad areas. It also doesn’t recognize places like the Hilton Hotel a few blocks from the Fort Lauderdale station & rides just never show up.
by G590T
You advertise the ability to make changes to a trip at no cost, but Brightline doesn’t not work. It could not find my existing trip, so no change could be made. Same issue with the website app. In addition, when calling for support I was on hold for 30 minutes and couldn’t get anyone to respond. Very disappointing!
by Bobobo45
You can’t add existing tickets to Brightline , change seats in Brightline , change trips in Brightline , and can only sometimes buy tickets in Brightline . What’s the point of having this?
by Fl Bob
Brightline is so poorly designed that you have to believe they actually paid somebody to figure out how to make it more difficult than it had to be to use. Brightline itself actually would work really well, except it is obvious the developer has never even tried Brightline . It forgets everything you do every time you try to do anything, if you leave one page to the next you have to start over on anything you were doing at any time. The calendar function is terrible as it always gives you the wrong time for your calendar entries of when you’re train riders, it never remembers any of your information and you’ll be lucky if it actually selects the train the first time without you having to go through reenrollment 4 to 5 times. I have used Brightline 12 times in 24 hours to book 4 train trips. Terrible. I love the train but I know that it will probably go out of business if they’re dumb enough to keep using these app developers.
by Hopeful For A Kinder Planet
The this app train app needs some love. The interface is great. However there are issues with the booking process. I wanted to purchase two tickets. Than I had another friend that asked me to purchase a ticket for a total of three. Signed off Brightline and re opened to show the seats I wanted already sold. Which was not the case. So I wasn’t able to get the seat we wanted. Than other folks are telling me there seats were double booked.
I never deleted my app from the initial launch pre-COVID and when I re opened it I had to create a new profile. Why?
I love the train, and absolutely love the many options we have. But Brightline doesn’t seem to create a seemless experience.
by Alkusa
Try to add a booking , shows the reservation , try to change seat assignments, when have the Confirm button, it doesn’t do anything!!!!
by Chad Muskehound 🐊
First impression of Brightline is clean and straightforward, but as you use it the frustration just sets in.
First off, my account from 2019 seems to have vanished off their backend despite being in my password wallet. The website gave me an error saying so, but Brightline gave no feedback other than just not logging in.
On making a new account (which didn’t support Apple’s built in system) and booking a trip I’m not particularly impressed. Due to an insane bug in their overall system that won’t let you reduce parking days from 2 if you get the midnight train back (despite the single day parking being valid until 4am) I had to book two single trips instead of a round trip. Did it bother to remember anyone’s names or email addresses? Nope, had to enter all 4 in again.
Onto payment… it surely has Apple Pay? Nope. Nor does it autocomplete from cards on your phone. This is such simple stuff.
At least it let me put my ticket into the Apple Wallet, so an extra star for that.
I remember the train service itself being very good, I’m now worried the trip itself will be as lacking as their web service.
by Kelky07
Keeps going blank or saying there is an error any time I try to make edits or modifications to a trip. Pretty much a useless app.
by GracelynT
Beware, if you book parking and/or a ride to or from the stations , sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Today I could not get into or out of the garage. Thankfully I allowed extra time, and the attendant was there and was able to help. Brightline also did not book my requested Uber ride in Miami. When I went to the customer service desk, the first customer service attendant referred me to a second person but I had to wait in a line and by the time she was able to help, I was late for my appointment. This has happened twice before, so there is obviously a problem that needs to be corrected. Otherwise, I was able to book trains and change my assigned seat, which was good.

The look, design, and layout of Brightline are wonderful. However, there are two key issues with it. 1) There is no seat-map or way to view or edit your seat selection post-reservation. Developers, please use the Fly Delta app as a model for seat selection & viewing ease! 2) Despite selecting forward facing seats during reservation (I followed the “direction of travel” arrows) on my trip details page it says those seats are backwards facing, even tho that is false according to the “direction of travel” indicators. Developers, if you guys can fix these two big issues, then this will be a 5-star app. :)

The whole operation is a sip of fresh air in FL transportation. I usually drive to Orlando from NMB and back.
Flying rarely this route. Train is a perfect solution. Especially this app that goes Mia-Orlando.
Cleaner,faster,cheaper,better than the plane.
You literally save 1-2 hrs because you dont have to go through the airport. Baggage policy like in decent airlines. Ticket includes carry-on and backpack. $40(or smth for a pet) once again 3 times better then plane and waaay less stressful for your pet.
Trains are amazing(not EU or China, Japan amazing, but better then Tri-Rail😄) lots of space, light and anything you need during travel. Most importantly, you can be online if you have to do a meeting or work call.
Just wish it would do 150+mph at least. To make it in 2 hrs. Nonetheless, goes fast enough, hastle free.
Just book in advance..demand(:
Pretty much only con i see is missing live status in Brightline . As well as website. Has bunch of advertising how this app is good and nice…but absolutely no useful info on your ride.
by MGouFe
App should bring back all the existing tickets automatically instead of us having to upload one by one by typing the complete info again.
by Grateful Success
The only thing I don’t like is that if you have to edit your trip and go back to the dates the prices appear to go up for the time slots previously selected. I have mTBI so I often forget or make the wrong selection if I double check before purchasing I sometimes end up with a higher rate than original. Other than that it’s helpful.
by WadeFL
The title of this review says it all. The iPad version of Brightline is the same screen size as the iPhone version, which is annoying and rather hard to use.
by MalboroMaster
When it first released back when the train launched, Brightline worked just fine. Ever since they reopened the train last month, Brightline is almost the opposite of fine.
Went back to my app, and now all of my info has vanished. As one person stated, if you pick the seat next to the window on the seat map, it will instead place you near the middle. Should you try to edit your trip, it will place it onto the cart as if you were making another purchase. Thankfully it didn’t double charge me. I booked a trip during a BOGO offer, and never got my free trip. Spoke to Customer Service, and was going to give me credit, which I’ve yet to receive. This is a list of some of the issues that I’ve been facing since Brightline returned.
Hmm, I had to remake my this app account when Brightline reopened here. That seemed strange as I never deleted it. When Brightline does work, it was decent. I’m giving only the this app app 3 out of 5 stars. The train itself is amazing!

Took trip to Heat game from Fort Lauderdale. All employees were friendly and helpful and trip was on time. I made a reservation for a ride from arena to station and was advised by my ride to the arena they canceled trips from arena to train. No biggie and we walked. There was a group sitting behind us that was overly obnoxious and dropping f bombs the entire way back. The attendant kept reminding them there were kids on the train but they didn’t seem to care. My nine year old was reminded of some words he’s not allowed to repeat. I know security will only increase costs but you will lose some customers at certain times if this is the norm. I do want to repeat that all the staff was overly helpful and courteous which is not easy to find down here. This won’t keep us from going again. I rated a 3 since it was average trip on expectations with some needs for improvement. Thanks

I got confused with this new App.
After fighting with a Round Trip I understood I was supposed to tap twice in the itinerary.
Now I believe I got it right. Let’s see and I will change my rating.

I love taking the this app every day. It makes my commute easy and happy. The staff is amazing in the Aventura and WPB stations and the trains of course. Everyone is courteous, professional and well trained. I can tell the recruiters have a good eye bc everyone seems to like their job and treat us passengers w love and respect.
I am very concerned with the elimination of the 40 ride monthly pass. I have been using it for 1 year and i accepted my job in WPB bc of this 40 ride monthly pass. The this app corporate office should be a little more supportive of us commuters since we are in the trains every day. Please don't eliminate this 40 ride monthly pass.
Thank you!

Be aware that the Avis Rental car location is across the street from the this app station at the Adventura Mall, and you can not cross the road to get to the mall. You have to take an Uber to get to the Avis car rental office. Wasn’t too much of a pain and Uber was quick both times but was not aware of this when we booked our car.

Lost my this app credit by just cancelling a booking that I didn’t even purchase yet

Enjoyed a day trip to Miami with a food tour in Little Havana. Having transportation ready in Miami made the trip a joy. The only downside was the customer service representative on the return in Miami. We were tired and wanted to return on an earlier train. The customer service gentleman told me that I would have to go online, cancel, and rebook. I told him that my phone was just about to die and asked if he could do it from the terminal. Not a chance- he said that we would just have to wait for our original booking. I wish that I got his name because he was so unpleasant. We were rescued by a security person at the scanner when we tried to get into the lounge. When he saw that we were early, we explained that we wanted to get on an earlier train but needed to plug in the phone so that we had power to make the change. His response was “no need, we can take care of it for you.” We quickly got on to a 1/4 full departing train. Problem solved.

Overall Brightline is the quickest/easiest way to book this app travel. I like that you can modify the trip easily through Brightline or add other riders. Main feedback is that customers receipts are not stored in Brightline or account online - only the trip history. Please bring back the receipts!!

Enough said but I would like to add Brightline has improved from the previous version… which is good. Especially when the previous was involved in the data breach. So fingers crossed for this one!

Thank you for making everything so easy

Finally a public transportation experience that appears to reflect how things operate and executed as in Europe. It took some time, however this will eventually change the view for train rides in the US drastically. Kudos to the initiators and facilitators.
And hooray for those using it.

I take the train almost daily. So fast to book and get in and out the station.

I will most definitely use this train again. The staff was amazing. The service was amazing.

Does this update seem better because the old app was so terrible? Yes. Is this new version of Brightline actually pretty good? Also yes. There are still some flaws, like if you want to change the guests on your trip you have to start over the entire flow. I also wasn’t able to add my past trips, which doesn’t really cost any functionality but it is a shame not being able to see them. It also noticeably lacks Apple Pay, but it sounds like that may be coming in a future update. Bottom line is: there’s plenty of room for improvement, but Brightline really is much better, and certainly benefits the entire this app experience. Props to this app for actually investing in a decent app, and of course props to the dev team for putting it together (and making it better🤞).

I have been a happy this app commuter now for a year and a half and love it. The trains and service are great, and it sure beats being stuck in Broward and Dade County traffic. The new app took a little while to figure out but now I use it without any issues. Unfortunately this app is a victim of its own success and is now more crowded and expensive, but I will use as long as I can afford it 😉

this app proves that mass transportation can be efficient, convenient, comfortable, and clean. The experience is seamless from the stations to the lounges and trains. The service onboard is friendly and professional. Details matter: the seats are spotless and comfortable and the bathrooms are too. Above all the trains are on time. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating ways to get between Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm and Orlando. The Miami and West Palm stations are in the heart of bustling urban centers. Aventura, Fort Lauderdale and Boca are not as connected for walking so plan a ride share service to get anywhere from these stations.

Took this app for the first time and it was wonderful. The stations are clean and bright and very accessible.
The staff were very helpful, the train left right on time and arrived a few minutes early.
The train ride itself was very smooth and seats were super comfy.
Better than making the drive from orlando to west palm. Just sat back and relaxed.

Suggestion, in the announcements you should mention what to do with the garbage we generate on board, napkins, glasses, cans, etc.
Second, the parking ticket paid in advance did not seem to be recognized by the automated system.
We will continue to inform and thank you infinitely for this dream come true!

Second to none! Always a great experience!
Thank you for this lovely way to travel ...my daughter lives in Miami and I love that I'm no longer battling I-95 -- this app changed my life!

This is one of the best designed travel’s apps I have seen. The experience of traveling on this app from Orlando to Miami is head and shoulders above any airline experience and any other railway I’ve been on. Brightline just adds to that. You can quickly (as in Brightline is responsive) and easily book, make changes to itineraries and pick an change seats. It’s even easy to add a trip that was booked by someone else (corp travel agency) and then I can make the changes I need. I will never drive or fly from Orlando to Miami again!

Train service and schedule is great. App is easy to use. Wish it would allow to schedule round trip with multiple destinations.

From a functional perspective, the this app app is extremely user friendly to navigate which makes booking travel so easy!

I have been doing business in downtown Miami for over 18 years, the day the this app opened, was the beginning, of me, never driving back to Miami again.
No traffic, jams, no scary, crazy drivers, no question as to whether or not the express lane will be open or closed randomly, the this app has changed all of that. Clean, modern, fast, effective great comfort and 35 minutes pretty much on the dot. From
FTL to Mia
This train has revolutionized tourism in America. Tourists from all around the globe, can now fly to Orlando….
See all the sights there, most hotels have shuttles to and from the parks. Then get on the clean, fast, effective, this app train and ride stress free. No driving with a language they might not speak or read,No driving on
“The wrong side of the road” as
Compared to their country, no rental car, no insurance, no foreign signs, just an easy fast
direct route to get to their cruise ship, to go discover more the World. No police speeding tickets, no difficulty finding less and
less parking spaces,That have gotten more and more expensive. No parking tickets, no
Fender benders, no traffic jams, nope, none of that.
Just a clean, fast, modern, effective way to
Travel, like a civilized human being.
I suggest you consider booking a ticket yourself, and find out what you might be missing.

I have taken this app 6 times now from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. Everyone from entering the terminal to the train has always been very nice and helpful. I’m 65 and travel alone so the peace of mind of not driving plus sitting back having a drink and relaxing is the way to go. Since this app started service to Orlando I have not driven once!
by Zachy.11
It was my first time taking this app. I really enjoyed it. I had SMART class. It was very comfortable. I needed to use Brightline to manage my tickets. It was very useful to see what time I arrive and come back. I departed from Miami to Orlando, it took two and a half hours to make my destination to and from. That’s way Brightline is Zachy recommended.
by MommaMary00
Super easy to book tickets. Once you arrive at the station, you literally are checked through and at waiting area in less than 10 minutes. Snacks and beverages available. Accessing the train is easy. The seats are comfortable and riding is so relaxing.
As I said, I will never drive to Orlando again.
by Sfils
Not only is this station always clean the staff are so polite and friendly. I’ve encountered two separate managers that went above and beyond to help me with issues with online bookings. Highly recommend using the train and this station.

I recently took this app from Fort Lauderdale to Miami and I must say that I was overjoyed with the way the people responded. Everyone and I mean everyone in both the Ft Lauderdale station and the Miami station gets an A+ plus. If I could give you more I would. Everyone was so courteous and the train ride was excellent and I have never been more pleased.
I am so glad that you are back in service because I will certainly use this app from now on out.
Kudos to every last one of you and thank you for a luxurious and wonderful ride.
