Dear Customer Service, We arrived at C terminal in Orlando at 6:50 AM this morning. When we went to check our bags that we paid $20 a piece for, he told us that they weren’t loading bags because we were too late. He said we can carry them on because it would have cost us that much anyway. I tried to tell him he was wrong but that was useless. Then I get an email from Brightline telling me that I have a $40 credit for my next trip. I want my $40 put back on my credit card that I paid for this trip with. This is and was an absolute ripoff. Can’t see old payment history. It turned my auto renewal off during the switch and now I have to pay for the same pass at a higher prices.

The app hasn’t worked in months. Do you guys ever plan on fixing the app or do the insanely over priced tickets not bring in enough revenue to hire a developer to make a functional app? Asking for a friend.

Cannot believe your new app will not store passenger details nor cc info from a previous trip. Loved the last version. Hope your dev team is fixing.
