The Staples Connect™ app is designed to make giving back to your local community easy. By signing up for Classroom Rewards, you can get 5% back when you shop to give to your local teachers. The app also allows you to access your Staples Rewards and bonuses from purchases and ink recycling.

- Classroom Rewards: Enroll in Classroom Rewards and get 5% back when you shop to give to your local teachers. Teachers can enroll to receive Classroom Rewards directly from parents.
- Staples Rewards: Access any earned rewards and bonuses from purchases and ink recycling through the app's Wallet feature.
- Shopping List: Create a shopping list or search for your school supplies list and check it off as you browse your local store.
- Earn Rewards: Earn Staples Rewards and Classroom Rewards on your in-store purchases, and it's free to join.
- Redeem Rewards: Use your Wallet to access any earned rewards and bonuses from purchases and ink recycling.
- Donate Rewards: Donate your earned Classroom Rewards to the teachers or schools of your choice.
- Teacher Benefits: Teachers can visit their local Staples store and use Classroom Rewards to purchase needed supplies for their students.

Rewards number ridiculousness
Why can’t I add my rewards number to StaplesConnect in app? StaplesConnect itself is great but just to add my rewards number I have to go out of app and fill out a contact us form. Such a roundabout method is archaic for a modern retail rewards system and distracts users from how good the actual app is.

Keeps Logging Out
I want to love StaplesConnect. There are tons of great features for a loyal shopper, but StaplesConnect logs me out as soon as I log on. It says “session timed out.” I tried to delete and re-add it, be on and off wi-fi, and even change the password. Sadly, I can’t fix it.

School search isn’t working
I can’t even enroll in rewards because the school search isn’t working.
Updated 3/8- Staples still has not fixed the school search issue. It has worked once but I cannot use it to donate my rewards.

Won’t let me log in
Every time I try to log in it tells me it’s successful, then immediately after I get a message saying my credentials are invalid. Tried changing password 2x and each time the same thing happens. Giving up. 🤷🏼♀️

Not connected
I work at the Tualatin Staples 0459 and I logged in with my email and my rewards is not connected I want my iPhone storage back from StaplesConnect

Will not allow login
StaplesConnect absolutely stinks! After you time in your username and password and click log in. StaplesConnect says login successful but then an error message pops is saying “invalid credentials “. It never gets passed the log in screen. If I could give this a zero star I would.
