I can’t even enroll in rewards because the school search isn’t working.
Updated 3/8- this app still has not fixed the school search issue. It has worked once but I cannot use it to donate my rewards.
I work at the Tualatin this app 0459 and I logged in with my email and my rewards is not connected I want my iPhone storage back from Staples
Every time I try to log in it tells me it’s successful, then immediately after I get a message saying my credentials are invalid. Tried changing password 2x and each time the same thing happens. Giving up. 🤷🏼♀️
Staples absolutely stinks! After you time in your username and password and click log in. Staples says login successful but then an error message pops is saying “invalid credentials “. It never gets passed the log in screen. If I could give this a zero star I would.

Why can’t I add my rewards number to Staples in app? Staples itself is great but just to add my rewards number I have to go out of app and fill out a contact us form. Such a roundabout method is archaic for a modern retail rewards system and distracts users from how good the actual app is.
I want to love Staples. There are tons of great features for a loyal shopper, but Staples logs me out as soon as I log on. It says “session timed out.” I tried to delete and re-add it, be on and off wi-fi, and even change the password. Sadly, I can’t fix it.
Site seems very easy to get around. Pretty user friendly even for an old guy. I look forward to using it.
Staples is so easy and I have already received so many rewards for my school.
