Good Afternoon, I have a problem with the staples app , my purchases are not appearing
I downloaded the new app onto my Android phone and connected it to my Staples account but the barcodes for the rewards and coupons aren't visible because the background is all black. Two people at the Staples store tried to fix it but couldn't. They wouldn't type in the numbers for the coupon so I couldn't redeem the offers. I recycle my ink religiously and want to get credit for it. Help!
I updated the app, when I tried to run it, a message pops up saying "Update the app". When I go to the play store, it doesn't have an update option, only uninstall and open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing. Restarting the phone didn't help either.
The app does not open
I downloaded the app and it say the site can't be reached after I log on the app.
