How to fix Ahead app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ahead app on iPhone
Update Ahead app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ahead iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ahead on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ahead network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ahead Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ahead not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ahead App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ahead » click [Force Stop]

Update Ahead to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ahead App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ahead » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ahead.

Fix Ahead unable to contact server/ Ahead internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ahead » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ahead » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
