I have tried to book tickets on 5 or 6 occasions in the last two weeks (Nov. ‘21) and it never works.
The transactions never complete whether I used a Visa or Master Card.
We contacted Sagrada Familia and no help at all. We contacted our bank and credit card companies with no success. Using SagradaFamiliaOfficial has been a huge waste of time. I’ll buy my tickets when I get to Barcelona.
Tried ordering tickets from both the website and SagradaFamiliaOfficial - neither worked without explanation. Called and was told to purchase the tickets in-person at the basilica, which I did. But then SagradaFamiliaOfficial wouldn’t provide the audio tour because I didn’t buy them through SagradaFamiliaOfficial - which wouldn’t allow me to purchase them!!
After numerous attempts I finally gave up, SagradaFamiliaOfficial will not accept payment after filling out all the credit card and personal information.
