4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I book for two on July 15,2022 with reservation no. 342381135 @ 15:30 but when i download it in my phone the date is the same 7/15/22 but the time is different. 9:30 in my phone. I want same date 7/15/22 @ 15:30 hrs.
Poorly maintained app

I have tried to book tickets on 5 or 6 occasions in the last two weeks (Nov. ‘21) and it never works.
The transactions never complete whether I used a Visa or Master Card.
We contacted Sagrada Familia and no help at all. We contacted our bank and credit card companies with no success. Using this app has been a huge waste of time. I’ll buy my tickets when I get to Barcelona.
Can’t order tickets

Tried ordering tickets from both the website and the app - neither worked without explanation. Called and was told to purchase the tickets in-person at the basilica, which I did. But then the app wouldn’t provide the audio tour because I didn’t buy them through the app - which wouldn’t allow me to purchase them!!
Waste of time

After numerous attempts I finally gave up, the app will not accept payment after filling out all the credit card and personal information.
