Can’t buy tickets online through official website. I enter my personal data and select pay ‘pay’ but get an error message saying please retry. I’ve tried 5 different devices over the last 24 hours. Any advice? Thanks!

We have tried many times to buy 2 tickets for October 9th 2023. It will not allow us to pay for the tickets. An error message keeps popping up. HELP!

I purchased a ticket for 14.09.2023, 9:45am with the email "mona.knoettner1@redacted". I have never received an email with my ticket! My reference number is 51436839. I paid and the money transaction shows in my credit card account. But I didn't get an online ticket.

Useless app. It did not work. Crashed every time we tried to buy tickets. The staff by the cathedrall, said it was the only way to buy tickets. Well we could not buy tickets. And it was propably the same problem for many other tourists. As I could tell, the same people made the equally bad app for the Park Guell. We couldnt buy tickets on tht either. And we were even told by a rude staff woman that it was sold out foir the day, despite the park being pratctically empty. Why can you not just have ordinary on site ticket offices at these two tourist attractions?? You will lose so many customers, by demanding that tickets can only be bought on a malfunctioning app.

I have downloaded the official app, but cannot download the audio guide. My screen freezes after I enter my ticket date, and won't let me proceed beyond that point. I am using the Android app version. My husband was able to download the audio guide on his iphone, but I would like it on my phone for my visit.

From Canada - Rogers e-mail didn't work but gmail did. Guessing website only recognizes common domains like @gmail.com,etc but not regional or country specific domains.

Thanks Sharon & Amanda, I tried using Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all would return error message at pay button. I used App on my iPhone and used the apple email, not the one I usually use, and it worked. Very annoying but I was able to get tickets. Good luck!

Tried for hours to purchase using my Mac, used different credit cards, different email addresses etc. nothing worked, tried same on my Iphone, still no luck. Phoned Sagrada directly to purchase tickets, was advised it could only be done online. Very frustrating. Trick was to turn off my wifi on my phone and use phone data, finally was able to purchase.

Same as other posters - keep receiving an error message to retry again when at the "Buy" stage of the ticket process. Very disappointing and I really hope I don't miss the opportunity to visit the site this week.

Re the error messages, I received the following reply from Sagrada Familia Good afternoon, Have you tried making the purchase by changing the email domain and not using Wi-Fi? Sometimes the wifi connection is blocked in the purchase process and it is better to use the 4g/5g connection of the mobile phone. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. I tried it again with a different email address and it finally worked - good luck!

I cannot open/use the app, it crashes on start-up, I see it open for a second and then it crashes. My phone is Samsung S10e
- Transactions never complete
- No help from Sagrada Familia
- No help from bank or credit card companies
