The worst app on the App Store

I’m required to use OneMaintenance to submit work orders, but it never works. It forgets my information every time (tells me that no account exists), won’t let me sign up—because when I do, it suddenly remembers that there IS an account under my email—and is impossible to use because of these issues.
OneMaintenance is absolute garbage and is preventing me from getting timely work orders for repairs submitted. I hope rental management companies find an app that actually *works* if they’re going to require an app for work order requests because this one is the most broken, useless app I have ever been forced to download. If I could rate it negative stars, I would.

Can’t create account

It says to login and there is no way to create an account to begin with. My email address didn’t work.

Password issues non-stop

Every time I try to log in, it tells me my password is invalid. I create a new one then it says “invalid code” and won’t let me view anything. 🙄

Account creation????

Was told by my property management company to download OneMaintenance which I did. However there’s no we’re on OneMaintenance to create an account.

Can’t log in

Doesn’t recognize my email even after I reset password and it emails me a link 😂

Terrible

I’ve been trying to get in touch with pathlight for days now about my fridge/freezer that does not work. So I went onto pathlight site put in my password all good. I tapped the maintenance portal and was sent here so I signed on and I got on but was asked to strengthen my password (??mine was strong enough ?) so I did. I was sent to this crap site where I was AGAIN asked to log on (3rd or 4th time) and It said to try again as my username or password was wrong. I had just changed it and I’ve tried everything my old password my old username which had logged me on only a few minutes ago. I’m so mad I have a home with kids and no fridge for nearly a week now I don’t know who’s responsible pathlight or this other crew either way it’s just terrible, I’m now worried that I was hacked or something. Why do I have to log on 3+ times to check a maintenance request. Pathlight you need to listen to a few of those voice calls I made it says you record them just to see how many times I’ve called trying to get help. How long it took and how many times I was asked to repeat what I said only to be told I had to transferred to another crew. I’ve waited hrs and nobody picked up,, this home is falling apart and for the rent I pay everything should work ok.

Glitchy

OneMaintenance is impossible to use! I have never used it, yet when i attempt to login it won’t allow me. It prompts me to enter the email address associated with my lease. When i do so, it gives a message reading “this email address is in use in multiple places” which is irrelevant. So how am i to use it? That’s the email associated with my lease?

My landlord switched to this system about 4 months ago. I’ve had several maintenance issues and have NEVER been able to use OneMaintenance. It’s literally completely useless. Like another user mentioned, I can never login. It doesn’t save my info. When I try to reimput it, it says “email in use in multiple locations” whatever that means. I can’t see the data box I’m typing in. I don’t even know what the inside of OneMaintenance looks like.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. It’s impossible. Luckily (I guess) I can call to make a maintenance request.

Stuck on a screen

After typing out details and uploading photos, I can’t get past the screen telling me to keep it in cool mode. (AC work order) I would never dream of posting a negative review over such a trivial thing and don’t mind reporting it, but the link to your website gives me no place to do that. Even your contacts don’t list app support. So here I am, communicating the only way I know how. I also wish the web based version didn’t automatically open OneMaintenance . Guess I’ll tie up your phone lines…

Water leaking from the AC return duct

I already sent the request and pics and now have to repeat it again on a different software. Very annoying and unprofessional.

Inputting details is clunky

You can’t see the input box if you exceed the space, it doesn’t auto scroll up. When you end a sentence the word following a period doesn’t capitalize. You’re always fixing what you typed.

It’s easy enough to add pictures and the workflow is easy. We’ll see how the notifications work

First time user

Customer interface was clunky. It offers limited choices on the menu, none of which actually describe my maintenance issue. It would be much easier from a customer perspective to simply allow me to describe my problem in my own words, then have an expert assign the request appropriately.

Troubleshooting questions

The questions asked in your Troubleshooting are unrelated to the problem. When I choose Leaking underneath cabinets I get options like leaking shower or toilet not underneath the kitchen cabinet where the pipes are! Fix it!

Unsatisfied

There’s no way to reach customer service that I can find. I hate having to write all my comments and wait for a phone call.
