I’m required to use this app to submit work orders, but it never works. It forgets my information every time (tells me that no account exists), won’t let me sign up—because when I do, it suddenly remembers that there IS an account under my email—and is impossible to use because of these issues.
This app is absolute garbage and is preventing me from getting timely work orders for repairs submitted. I hope rental management companies find an app that actually *works* if they’re going to require an app for work order requests because this one is the most broken, useless app I have ever been forced to download. If I could rate it negative stars, I would.

My landlord switched to this system about 4 months ago. I’ve had several maintenance issues and have NEVER been able to use this app. It’s literally completely useless. Like another user mentioned, I can never login. It doesn’t save my info. When I try to reimput it, it says “email in use in multiple locations” whatever that means. I can’t see the data box I’m typing in. I don’t even know what the inside of this app looks like.I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. It’s impossible. Luckily (I guess) I can call to make a maintenance request.

This app is impossible to use! I have never used it, yet when i attempt to login it won’t allow me. It prompts me to enter the email address associated with my lease. When i do so, it gives a message reading “this email address is in use in multiple places” which is irrelevant. So how am i to use it? That’s the email associated with my lease?
