So I learned my lesson the hard way with this retailer. I placed a recurring monthly order of $300 in Maywith this app. Supposedly they shipped it via “Pandion Pro”. I received a delivery notice from Pandion; however, never received my order. I gave it a few days and when I still didn’t have it, contacted this app via chat. Their customer service indicated Pandion handled the shipment from start to finish and advised me to fill out a claim form. After doing so, I did some of my own research and found that their shipper actually dropped this package off partway on its journey with USPS. USPS, to this date (60 days later), cannot locate my packages. this app’s own claim form indicates their policy is to replace missing items - yet, I am still without my order and all you get from requests for status with this app customer service is “we are waiting for a response from our claim team.” So, I cancelled my recurring order, because I do not trust them at this point. I hope this app thinks it’s worth it to lose a recurring $300 monthly sale. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN and I caution others to think twice, because they DO NOT take care of their customers.

This company is not set up well enough to spend so much money on. So many issues with dispatching/shipping and their customer service support is horrible. For selling such expensive/luxury products, they should have a better and more reliable set up. I placed an order totaling $1400 over a week ago - they’ve charge my card, the payment has posted, and they have no updates on when the order will be shipped and delivered (it was supposed to be delivered 3-5 days after purchasing). They won’t let me cancel and they won’t provide an update on when I’ll receive it. No support or help whatsoever. Absolute scam

I have been trying to sign up for the rewards program for several months now. It keeps giving me an “unknown error” prompt. I have called the this app Number several times. I get someone who is unable to help me. They keep telling me to try again.

My telephone number is wrong. It is my old house number. When I go in to edit that, it pulls up the address but not the telephone number.

In the message choices, it sends me to the same page that keeps telling me there is an “unknown error”.

Seriously, it’s enough to give me wrinkles.

For the past year I have never received my full reward credit when redeeming. For my most recent order I redeemed my $30 credit and when I checked out on $10 was deducted from my account. I have tried contacting customer service but the people I speak with are not helpful at all in straightening out this issue. Not sure what the issue is but it seems to be an ongoing issue and extremely frustrating and disappointing. Why provide rewards if you are not going to allow customers to redeem?

I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, ordering my skincare routine exclusively from Dermstore. Recently my order was delivered to the wrong address by the courier, and i contacted the customer service multiple times for refund. It’s been two weeks and i haven’t got my refund and the whole refund process is just chaotic.

I appreciate that they are a verified seller of top brands & I can get all the things I like in one place…except that they are sold out of literally everything. I have maybe 6 things that I buy over and over, all different brands, and basically all of them are “coming soon” for months. Yikes.

You can make purchases - like, it’s possible, but it isn’t a good experience at all. Dermstore is slow and hard to navigate. Every page and modal takes a few seconds to load. The experience isn’t smooth. Sometimes there are multiple navigation patterns layered on top of one another, which gets confusing. It must all be built in web. I will probably use Dermstore to get what I need and get out. The experience isn’t good enough to just sit a browse through products. Glad they’re starting somewhere though!

Very confusing to understand all the options. I was trying to save a little money, but the explanations were difficult to follow. I tried at least 4 times before I finalized my purchase.

Just installed Dermstore , double checked the login to ensure no errors. I can successfully log in on the Derm Store website, but not on Dermstore . Will not uninstall for my love of skincare but it would be nice to login.

I was not able to purchase what was advertised as a sale item. The “box” was grayed out, prohibiting the purchase.

A bit difficult for 70 year olds. So many products to find what you needed to find!

The return policy at Sephora was becoming super annoying, so i wanted a change. I found this app and now i spend my money here instead of at greedy Sephora. Also, this app has the best products, brands, and prices. I will be spending the bulk of my money at this app!

I have purchased dozens of items through the years on this app. I can’t remember not being happy with my purchase but if I wasn’t pleased, I have complete confidence that my return would be honored if I made the request. Shopping at this app is just a “no brainer”

I like Dermstore , however, I was disappointed I couldn’t use the 15% special on my first order.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using this app for my product needs. They have great customer service and speedy delivery time.

It’s difficult to cancel items on subscription. Therese selection is great and shipping is great.

I have purchased from this app on and off over the years. I had an issue come up with an order this week, and I was so impressed by how kind they were and how they solved the issue SO quickly! This will be one of my top stores from now on. I love them!

Would have given 5 stars if Apple Pay was an option

I live in Puerto Rico and it wasn’t a state option. I hope my order gets to me.
