So I learned my lesson the hard way with this retailer. I placed a recurring monthly order of $300 in Maywith Dermstore. Supposedly they shipped it via “Pandion Pro”. I received a delivery notice from Pandion; however, never received my order. I gave it a few days and when I still didn’t have it, contacted Dermstore via chat. Their customer service indicated Pandion handled the shipment from start to finish and advised me to fill out a claim form. After doing so, I did some of my own research and found that their shipper actually dropped this package off partway on its journey with USPS. USPS, to this date (60 days later), cannot locate my packages. Dermstore’s own claim form indicates their policy is to replace missing items - yet, I am still without my order and all you get from requests for status with Dermstore customer service is “we are waiting for a response from our claim team.” So, I cancelled my recurring order, because I do not trust them at this point. I hope Dermstore thinks it’s worth it to lose a recurring $300 monthly sale. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN and I caution others to think twice, because they DO NOT take care of their customers.

This company is not set up well enough to spend so much money on. So many issues with dispatching/shipping and their customer service support is horrible. For selling such expensive/luxury products, they should have a better and more reliable set up. I placed an order totaling $1400 over a week ago - they’ve charge my card, the payment has posted, and they have no updates on when the order will be shipped and delivered (it was supposed to be delivered 3-5 days after purchasing). They won’t let me cancel and they won’t provide an update on when I’ll receive it. No support or help whatsoever. Absolute scam

For the past year I have never received my full reward credit when redeeming. For my most recent order I redeemed my $30 credit and when I checked out on $10 was deducted from my account. I have tried contacting customer service but the people I speak with are not helpful at all in straightening out this issue. Not sure what the issue is but it seems to be an ongoing issue and extremely frustrating and disappointing. Why provide rewards if you are not going to allow customers to redeem?
