my timer will turn on the light strips on my plant stand but won't turn them back off. please help

I have an rgb cloud light and for some reason the timer fails to load now. Do you have any suggestions to fix that?

My light were working this morning, sometime this evening they stopped working and will not hook up with Bluetooth. Will not turn on at all.

Zyngge app won't connect to lights via Bluetooth even though they are shown on app screen. Bluetooth won't connect since it is android 6.0

BT SPI mini. App only 5v. The controller will not omit a Bluetooth signal. You can unplug it 100x it. Doesn't matter. Leave it plugged in and lights come after a few hours and Bluetooth is responding. Unplug or lose power the signal doesn't come back and no power for the strip. I like the functionality of the app. But it has a mind of it's own and it very frustrating to try and diagnosis. I own a lot of sets and this controller is the only one that quits working and starts again on 24 hours.

How to fix ZENGGE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZENGGE app on iPhone
Update ZENGGE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZENGGE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZENGGE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZENGGE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix ZENGGE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZENGGE app issues:

Force Stop the ZENGGE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZENGGE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZENGGE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZENGGE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZENGGE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZENGGE.

Fix ZENGGE unable to contact server/ ZENGGE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ZENGGE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ZENGGE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZENGGE on android.
