4 Most reported problems 😔💔
The lights will not light up blue. We have tried every combination on the app and on the remote. When we attempt to light it up blue the light turns off. When we create a combination of red and blue it is just red. Not sure what the issue is but would like to resolve it

Connection error problem

Literally just bought them a couple days ago and the app keeps saying there’s an error with connecting but when I go to my Bluetooth it’s connected to them so it’s getting annoying and needs to be fixed. It would be so much easier to use my phone rather than the remote (which my son tends to lose from time to time) but it keeps telling me that I need to try different things to be able to connect and even when I do them it still doesn’t work. Probably going to get new ones if it doesn’t get fixed.
I want a refund.

I honestly regret my choices with my lights and this app. I ordered my led lights a few days ago and they came today. I have things to do and I spent 2 hours trying to figure these lights out and this app and it is constantly disconnecting I don’t understand this at all .
