I plugged the leds into the box already, and it says to connect to Bluetooth and I’ve been waiting for the leds name to show up for the past 5 minutes, it’s still not there.. I’m trying to control them through ZENGGE but the name isn’t showing up in Bluetooth for a few minutes now.

I honestly regret my choices with my lights and ZENGGE. I ordered my led lights a few days ago and they came today. I have things to do and I spent 2 hours trying to figure these lights out and ZENGGE and it is constantly disconnecting I don’t understand this at all .

Literally just bought them a couple days ago and ZENGGE keeps saying there’s an error with connecting but when I go to my Bluetooth it’s connected to them so it’s getting annoying and needs to be fixed. It would be so much easier to use my phone rather than the remote (which my son tends to lose from time to time) but it keeps telling me that I need to try different things to be able to connect and even when I do them it still doesn’t work. Probably going to get new ones if it doesn’t get fixed.

Remote control doe not work. No instruction to set it up

The lights and remotes are great! But ZENGGE only worked the first time I used it and when I try to reconnect again ZENGGE does not work. I tried restarting my phone, plug out my lights and I deleted ZENGGE and re-download it. This is a problem the developers need to fix!!

I’ve seen the reviews and they all relate to my problem. ZENGGE worked fine the first weeks when I had my lights installed now it just says connection error every time I open ZENGGE , I try the things it says I should do and still says TIPS (you know from there)

I see this issue is happening with everyone else and it is really annoying me. I tried everything it had told me to do and first time is worked perfectly fine but the next it would say something about my connection error. I may just get new LED lights because this is really annoying and they need to fix this bug ASAP.

When I first download ZENGGE I’m able to us ZENGGE just fine but the moment I use the remote to control or turn off my lights ZENGGE starts to act real buggy. It won’t connect to the lights no more so I have to rely on the remote or keep uninstalling and installing ZENGGE if I want it to work.

The lights work. and the remote. but the first time I went in to ZENGGE . it was ok but the second time it didn’t connect it just didn’t work.

The timer function works but not to its full potential. I got a plant stand with grow lights for the sunset sunrise timer and I cannot access the timer tab 98% of the time. Every time I try to open the timer setting, it says "Timer Failed". The timer function works; however, the setting will start at the specified time but it will not reach 100%, only ever maxes out to 75%. It's disappointing because when I'm at work I rely on my lights being on the setting I set them at and not coming home to 50% or even 25% some days.

Sometimes ZENGGE works for me but only for small period of time. I am kind of annoyed with it because I will have my phone connected to ZENGGE and it will work for about a day. When I go back to change the colors on my phone, it will say there is a connection error and I will retry over and over and it doesn’t work. I usually have to wait about 2 months to try again and be successful and that’s super annoying. I like it when it works but it is very frustrating.

Not sure exactly whats going on but when I’m in fixed mode and I select a color from ZENGGE , the color that shows up on the LED strip doesnt match what I selected. For example, ill select “Red” and the lights will turn green. Im hoping for some help to fix this issue

ZENGGE was working perfectly fine for my led light but it seems like this happened to everyone but all of a sudden it doesn’t wanna connect to my device. This needs to be fixed

ZENGGE isn’t working, I did everything it told me to do but It still doesn’t work, the lights my dad had to fix them since when we got them they didn’t work, you guys need to fix ZENGGE bug asap, it’s mad annoying

Every time I click on a feature that’s more complex than just changing the color, ZENGGE closes. The music sync and mods you can do seem cool in theory, I just would like to see it actually work.

I’ve got to say, it was very easy to connect which is why I gave it 3 stars, but when I try to sync my music, it only gives me a generic sync. It stays at the same pace, but doesn’t quite keep up with the changes in music. So it only stays one consistent rhythm, never anything else to make it flashy or strobe every once in a while during the chorus or buildup. That would be a cool feature to add. Also it would be nice if I could sync my streaming app like SoundCloud, because nowadays most users don’t download music anymore. It’s all about streaming. If/when those changes are made, my rate shall become a full 5 stars because it was super easy to connect.

ZENGGE was working fine at first but now I’m having an issue with connecting them again. I restarted my phone. Deleted ZENGGE and downloaded again. Unplugged the lights then plugged them back in. And nothing is working

So I got this sunset lamp for Christmas and it worked on Christmas then I sort of forgot about it and found it again a couple months ago and tried turing it on manually but it didn’t work I plug in into 3 different outlets and still nothing so I downloaded ZENGGE to try and connect it but that obviously didn’t work because it would not turn on. Although the first time I used it I loved the light and I want that back I need help.

Had ZENGGE for about a week to control some car light LEDs, it does basic things very well, but:

1. It would be nice to be able to individually map each light strand in my car to the length that I cut them to for size. Each strand of the 6 connected to my bluetooth module is cut to a different length in order to be custom fit.

2. Better music mode integrations
- ZENGGE barely ever is on time with its light sequences. It is either late or 2 seconds early.

3. It would be nice to have individual pixel mapping

Other than these, ZENGGE works fine

As stated in other reviews, ZENGGE only worked the first time I used it. After that it becomes corrupt and will not function. The lights and remote are great, I wish the remote controlled more functions

ZENGGE is fine but the problem i have is that red and all the colors are mixed and when i click red its green also with the custom color slot

No matter what I’ve done I can’t seem to connect my phone to the lights, it worked at first but now it won’t connect at all what’s the issue

So my Bluetooth worked the first time but like an hour later it stop working and it doesn’t want to connect to the lights anymore. How do I fix this?

Everything works perfectly fine until I try to make my custom light sequence. When I select my light sequence the brightness always dims even after I put it all the up when I modify it? Is there anyway to fix this???

ZENGGE works great. Everything connected easily and works as it should. The only thing it needs, in my opinion, is the ability to connect to Google Home and Siri Shortcuts. Please add those features!!

Connected instantly to two different projector lamps and gives more and better control over them than some other similar Bluetooth control apps I’ve used.

It works fine for me. I like the lamp and app. Though I wish that there was an easy way to schedule the lamp to gradually get brighter or darker through a certain time frame. Like if you could make it go from 0% brightness at 8am to 75% brightness at 8:30am for example.

Good app, only wish it had a mode where it can play music files or play music from iTunes, that would be an amazing feature.

I read a lot of negative reviews so I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Bluetooth connected immediately and flawlessly. I was able to control the brightness and colors without any trouble. I chose music and the light pulsed to the beat. It was awesome. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I have not tested all the features yet. Wondering if some of the earlier complaints were due to user error or perhaps ZENGGE has been updated.

Connection was pretty much automatic and then I noticed that I could also change my living room light bulb which was freaking awesome. But unfortunately, I had an option to group them together and sync them but it just wouldn’t let me 😔

I don’t think ZENGGE deserves all of the low ratings.

But one feature I really wish would be added is the ability to control the light using the shortcut app. Being able to press a button on the Home Screen to turn the light on/off or change colors instead of needing to open ZENGGE would be great.

I bought 6 single strands LED light strips 16ft something n 2 of the SMART 6.9FTX6.9 upon downloading for these lights its not the same interface whats shown here rather its the same typical generic ones. So either the developers made a major mistake or its not the RIGHT APP for the curtain LED lights cause we are not getting whats SHOWN HERE at all what so ever. Just finally got some time to write a review here. Please fix it so this interface shown here will work with the curtain smart LED LIGHTS. Thanks

Looking at the other reviews I was worried that it would not work but as I opened ZENGGE it was already connected and the features are so cool.

I got these lights and thought there was a remote on the inside but then I saw the box and it said Control with App and so I downloaded ZENGGE all You need to do is turn on bluetooth and select the first option for LEDs that pop up, then voilà. Great App

The remote always works and I truly love ZENGGE. The remote has never stopped working before and honestly saves sm time to just open ZENGGE and switch the color/mode of my light than having to walk across my whole room to change the color/mode. Also ZENGGE seems to have way more options than the buttons already on the wire when you buy your sunset lamp. 10/10

This works perfectly fine for me with all features, colors, etc. I honestly don’t understand why it doesn’t work for anyone else. I’ve had for a year with no problems

Don’t know why all of the reviews are negative about connection issues. I have not experienced that at all connecting with bluetooth

I hands down love ZENGGE and it’s features. I bought a sunset lamp that came with the ability to have an remote control app and the features on this thing are great and work beautifully which I can’t say for a lot of other apps that won’t be named lol. I only wish I was able to find a 4 pin led lights strip controller wifi bluetooth with this app to be able to control my Led lights!

ZENGGE has lots of bad reviews and honest I cannot relate. I haven’t had a major problem with ZENGGE at all and when I do have a problem with it (which has only been one time and I’ve had ZENGGE for 3 months) the simple help settings which I thought were NOT going to help considering the bad translations and grammar.. actually did!…
I lost my LED remote and I was so upset because I thought I was going to have to buy a $h1tty, expensive app and this app is neither. A month later I finally found my LED switch but I don’t even touch it anymore because ZENGGE has everything and more. The microphone option works flawlessly, I use it for music, btw if you just want your music and not your voice synced with your lights it works only with the ‘App microphone’ option and max sensitivity. And what kind of LED light app has a ‘Cinema option’?!? ((I haven’t used it yet and probably never will because my LED lights are in my room and I hate having a TV in my room)). And the ‘camera’ option is REALLY cool and matches colors *almost* exactly. Sooo if you want to rate ZENGGE badly because it ‘doesn’t work’(?) try just pressing the cutesy lil help button 😊

Worked perfectly for me

The lights are very pretty and ZENGGE is easy to figure out I just wish there were more features on ZENGGE for example the scenes option I love how you can create your own scene but you can't control how bright the lights are other than that ZENGGE is pretty nice.
