I am leaving a one star review because of the customer support that is put in place for sellers. The customer support team plays favorites with different streamers and those who have a longer history with Drip. The account manager, Alex is not helpful and is not professional. The account manager only had helped me with speaking to me about on boarding things, but then after was nowhere to be found until a warning was issued, but the warning that was issued was already too late and there was no chance to rebottle or defend. to be on this application and to start with a really high success rate only to have the company and application itself and to Remove me from the platform was devastating. I only asked that the seller Support review my appeal and allow me to come back onto the platform so that way I can develop a rich history with the company. Yes, there are mistakes that happened, but no one is perfect and we each should get an opportunity to make things right. The hostility and the neglection coming from Drip only shows that the application and the company itself does not value it sellers that are providing Drip itself with the business. Best streaming app for buying cards. Some of the streamers are great people and I’ll miss watching their streams. Worst company/app at replying to people trying to stream. Going on 3 months of just getting the same email over and over saying “ Don't worry, we haven't forgot about you! Your application is safe with us.”-Monique at Drip. Like if you’re not going to let people stream just tell them or maybe even just not resending the same email. Don’t waste anyone’s time. Applied at another streaming app and it took 1 week to get accepted. Do yourself a favor and decide not to download DripShopLive if you’re trying to stream. I’ve spent more money on DripShopLive than I’d like to admit but it’s honestly a joke now. They’ve got new people streaming that are opening resealed booster boxes, they’re just getting rid of streamers that only stream now and then even though when they stream they’re doing great. Figure your sh¡t out -sincerely a previous customer.

TLDR: they took my payment and never shipped my product.

Figured I’d give it a shot because some of my favorite streamers were on the platform. Had a fairly small first order. After a couple days, I noticed the items still hadn’t shipped. I contacted the seller who said they would ship them in the morning. A couple more days and it still didn’t ship. I contacted support, who got back to me quickly and said they were reaching out to the seller. Never heard back after that despite messaging the seller more and messaging support in the same thread.
Super bummed but at least I was careful enough to order small first.
Would not recommend as you may just lose your money.

I guess a seller had an issue and could no longer stream all of a sudden and I had won a collector booster box of innistrad remastered during they’re final stream I bought about 60 entries and another item from them totaling about 80$ hit up support 3 days ago trying to get a refund after drip sent me an email saying they would help if asked because they were aware of the situation and now I’m being ignored and it says the support member is reading my messages, it’s fine I’ll dispute it through my bank don’t waste time on DripShopLive now I’ve been trying to post this review for a week and it won’t post weird

The livestream experience is good, the purchasing of goods is straightforward, and from what I can tell the community is fair. But DripShopLive itself is weak, you have no purchase protection and the user interface is limited to only sending a message to a seller and editing your profile/payment/address. The only thing you can do after placing an order is look at the Drip order number and when you tap on it, all you can do is send a message, you can’t report if something is wrong. There is no form of customer service if something were to happen between you and a seller, so you are at the mercy of the seller if they sent goods or not. So theoretically, you can apply to be a seller, post up all sorts of eye catching cards and packs, mark everything as shipped and just do nothing else. For now DripShopLive is built around trust between the community and I wouldn’t recommend it. Using chargeback or not, it’s not worth the hassle to go through that, until they add more basic features, just be wary for now.

As a buyer who didn’t receive an item I paid for, customer service didn’t even respond to me. As a seller, support is completely non-existent because I’m not Danny Phantump, Chumlee or Coop. Drip prioritizes their few big streamers over helping to build up their smaller streamers just like Whatnot does. They provide free giveaway items to the streamers who can afford their own giveaways and nothing- not even an account manager for small streamers (I’ve been waiting months to be assigned a account manager to help with promoting my streams, free shipping offers and giveaways and still keep being told they’re looking for someone to work with me) DripShopLive itself has a lot to be desired from the mobile version as well. I also really wish they’d remove the feature that allows streamers to make giveaway winners pay for shipping- that’s not a win.

There are tons and tons of bugs. The streams are great because the streamers are great, but the platform is unreliable. Further, the description of DripShopLive says that all orders have free shipping, but all orders are charged $4 for shipping plus an additional 50 cents for anything else purchased. Ie if you buy 10x single booster packs you will have to pay $4 + 9x50¢ so $8.50 for shipping alone. Further, if you buy from the same stream the next day you pay another $4 + however many orders even if all the orders go in the same package. For example, you could buy from the same streamer 3 days in a row, and pay $12 for shipping even if it’s only 3 cards. That’s insane.

There are auction items but the auctions often lag or do not allow bidding due to technical errors. There’s also a “drip” button that adds drips to a counter but if a bid screen pops up you could accidentally bid on something you don’t want while absent mindedly hitting drips.

The few updates they made since starting up just feel like aesthetics over function. Please get more user feedback. Given that there’s no place to give feedback, I assume that all feedback is seller centered, which doesn’t really work for most of us.

App is ok, but far from anything good or special. The front logon screen - if you accidentally click that you want to log in with Facebook and realize that you actually just use your phone number to log in normally, there’s no way for you to back out without making an account. You shouldn’t need to turn your phone to view the stream properly, an upright phone should give the same camera angle as a sideways phone. It isn’t clear what the drip drop button does in streams - does it push the stream out up higher on the home page, bring more viewers in, (it should do these if it doesn’t already), just benefit the steamer?? Many glitches as far as some streamers being able to do giveaways and some not, some users are unable to participate. Orders getting sent back as addresses incorrect and streamers having to pay to reship it. Stream notifications don’t work. No ability to block other users on DripShopLive . No mods. Very honestly, if I didn’t have a streamer I very much so supported with my heart and soul, I would not use DripShopLive at all.
$15 earned credit doesn’t go through on buyer’s end nor on referring person’s end a lot of the time.

I recently got back into the hobby of collecting Pokemon cards, partly because of nostalgia and mostly because of the new art and designs on the cards. One of the collectors I follow, Coop’s Collection, was promoting a giveaway on Drip and I decided to check it out. I had no idea what the platform was about, and honestly, was just hoping to win some cards, but after Coop finished his giveaway, I got to explore and check out all the fun features Drip provides.

DripShopLive not only single-handedly helped to add so many cards to my personal collection, both free and paid, but also connected me to sellers and streamers who also enjoy the hobby.

Drip has been great with their promotions when new products come out and DripShopLive is very generous with giveaways during special events, holidays, and when new product releases. The customer service is fantastic and has personally answered my questions and requests in a timely manner.

While your mileage does vary depending on how much money you went to spend on Drip, I fully believe that whether you want to spend casually or more seriously, Drip has a place for you!

Love DripShopLive for buying product. Also some of the steamers are great along with the community. But the interface needs some work. Like for instance a mute button for mobile. I might have other audio playing and don’t care to hear the streamer but wanna watch them open packs. I would like to have that option. On pc there should be a volume bar option to lower some streamers music n content. I’m glad there’s a mute button on pc but that’s it. Great app to help collectors get product and meet others who share same interests. Jus needs some updates for people like me I guess.

This company is very bad at responding in any way shape or form. You can apply to become a seller get an email a month later saying they are still reviewing and then two months later still have no response. You can message them through DripShopLive , they will tell you give us a business day or two to respond and then 10 days later still not have a response. You can email them and they will do the same. Give us multiple days business days for a response and then never get a response. There are people in their discord bring up the fact that they do not communicate well, and this company does not listen, do not recommend anybody trying to sell or purchase.

Being a collector can sometimes be an impersonal experience. But with DripShop, you can interact with others in the community to share your passion for things that you enjoy and collect. The interface is streamlined to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. The streaming hosts are very helpful when it comes to purchases, and entertaining to boot. Unlike other platforms, there are many games and contests to inject a little fun into the collecting experience. If you’re tired of just buying products and putting them on a shelf, give DripShop a try.

I just started collecting trading cards again after 20 years out of the game. Drip has made it seamless and brought back the nostalgia from my childhood. Streamers are exceptional and DripShopLive itself is simple and easy to understand enough for you to jump right into collecting your favorite cards. Whether it’s pokemon, one piece, sports, or something else; im sire Drip has streamers who offer it. Stop wasting tome qnd download it now. Almost every stream has Free Giveaways for you to join if you’re on the fence. Jump in and grab some freebies, i’m sure you’ll be hooked after that. :)

Have used this stream for a few Women’s soccer and Pokémon streams and have been very impressed. Functionality is great, smoothness of streams is much better than all trading card streaming apps I’ve used (this is my third) and the auction/payment process is clean and smooth. The number of streamers is growing and product offerings are starting to get diverse. That will grow as the community grows though so getting in now is very beneficial. Definitely recommend DripShopLive and platform.

Drip is amazing. I had no chance to grab Prismatic Evolutions, and since my friend put me on to Drip, I was actually able to grab those packs I wanted for close to retail. The streamers are safe and everyone I have bought from always ships in timely fashion, I can expect everything I buy to be at my house in a week. And you’ll always get extras! These streamers are awesome people and i’m happy to be apart of Drip. May even end up being a seller some day!

Drip Is quickly becoming a powerhouse in the TCG/sports card/collectible world. It doesn’t take long to find amazing, passionate, and entertaining streamers that are bring out top tier collectibles. While the format may be similar to other streaming platforms, Drip sets themselves apart with a community of people that take care of each other. I love that I keep seeing growth, as well as new and exciting ways that Drip gives back to the community.

I came to drip not knowing anything about it, because a big YouTuber I watch told me he was doing a stream. But little did I know in the days to come before his stream I would meet so many wonderful streamers and make so many new friends it’s a wonderful experience to go to having no one to talk to about your hobby to having hundreds of new friends that like the same things you do.

If you want an honest opinion on a community that literally supports one another, this is it.
I’ve never seen an app where not only do streamers give back, but viewers give back to other viewers. It’s constantly people uplifting each other. If you’re a collector and love a good community you have to download DripShopLive.

I’m a funko collector and DripShopLive allows me to connect and buy from other stores around the country I normally wouldn’t be able to connect with. The devs seem to update it frequently and you can get some amazing deals with the auction feature. I’ve gotten some grail pops at a reasonable price compared to the market price! Highly recommend if you are a card, funko, or even comic collector
