0 Stars if I could. NetsmartmyHealthPointe is broken for multiple reasons.
1: There’s a bunch of HTML coding when you open NetsmartmyHealthPointe at the top.
2: You cannot cancel an appointment. It comes back as you need to answer the survey question.
3: Only in person appointments show up. Any video/phone appointments aren’t displayed. If you want to utilize this to schedule other appointments outside of entities that don’t utilize NetsmartmyHealthPointe; it’s impossible to do so.
Messages sent from your provider aren’t received nor do you have the ability to send a message.
What exactly is the point of NetsmartmyHealthPointe if you can’t utilize it efficiently and effectively?
