2 months agoI would like a phone number to speak to someone . I tried your chat room and after telling them my problem,that this is the 2nd unit with the same problem of not charging after 1st use it sent me to a page to fill out info for a refund. After reading the reviews I just don't fell safe putting my bank info on this web sight. While I was chatting with your rep. she asked me what model number my device was , I replied where can I find it? Without an answer I was immediately send to the page asking for bank info for a refund and was not allowed to chat or do anything else on that website. I see all the bad reviews that are listed on your page and would like to take the time and effort to correct my problem and leave you a good review. PLEASE RESPOND

1 year agoI have a Sumsung Galaxy s22 ultra iPhone (Android). Where do I obtain a cable to go from my iPhone to the otoscope? The port on the iPhone is female with 6 pins; Samsung's layout states it is USB-C multipurpose jack, however, I can't locate a cable.
