Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bank-e app issues:

Force Stop the Bank-e App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bank-e app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bank-e to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bank-e App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bank-e app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bank-e.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
