If you are expecting a smart watch you will be disappointed! This is a Fitbit that looks like a smart watch. To get this to sink to your phone you must do it through Fithere . The camera function is nice. You no longer have to set a timer to take a selfie you can take it by clicking your watch. The blood pressure function is the best feature of this Fitbit. I am only giving it 3 stars because the set up is not easy to figure out ( you must sink the watch through Fithere but no where does it explain that ) and I couldn’t get the music function to work , and the messaging says “ nill…” even though I have it set up to give me all of my notifications from all social media and my phone. If I can figure this out or the music, I might change to 4 stars. All in all it’s a cool device for what you pay for if ( super cheap!) remember you get what you pay for!

It’s not touch screen but really not difficult to figure out if you read the directions. Also once I downloaded Fithere I couldn’t connect so I went to their help page in app and figured it out easily :) my advice: don’t give up or get frustrated, once you know how it works by reading the directions and looking for help, it’s actually very simple :) in my case I paired the watch to my iPhone outside of Fithere , I turned on my Bluetooth (after disconnecting from watch) then without completely closing Bluetooth, I opened Fithere and attempted to connect again with complete success! :)

I am very happy with Fithere! I have LOTS of health issues and this along with my smart bracelet let me keep track of my all my vitals, reminds me to drink water and eat! I also like that it will tell me to move, when I am sitting doing nothing, lol. Keeps track of my sleep and steps. I had no problem linking my devices. Oh, best of all it can find my phone when I misplace it!!! Yup, I love Fithere, it’s made my life so much better. Like having a friend that tells you to stay healthy 🤣

Ordering the watch for Fithere was a total waste of my shipping and handling fee! The first watch I received would not charge up. They sent me a replacement watch. The screen flicked on for a few seconds when I plugged it into the usb charger. That was it! I left it in for over two hours and it didn’t charge at all. I tried various usb chargers that I have and even tried charging it through my laptop. Nothing worked. So as far as I’m concerned this is just a worthless piece of junk!

When I opened Fithere it literally say Apple Watch series 7,,, then another person it said slen something or other…. Idk what this thing is but it’s not what I thought to be an Apple Watch series 7,, even though the message said it came from AT&T… I could have used those 7 bucks for ship & hand to get something else I would have better use for…..

If you could release an update so the steps, sleep patterns, heartbeats per minute, Blood Pressure, & pulse O2 can be tracked and recorded to apple Health App that’s what the watch needs. Otherwise, pretty good. I’ll match numbers at doc appt to confirm accuracy. Thanks!

Please add a non smart alarm feature, with longer vibration time. Current vibration isn't helpful to wake up from sleep.

I would give it zero stars but somebody worked on it and I feel sorry for them. Will not connect to an iPhone 12. So it’s not worth the $7.00 that I spent on it. At least I didn’t get stuck with a $995 insurance for it…. Has potential, just doesn’t work with an iPhone

This product does not work. Can’t get it to connect to the phone. And half the stuff you can’t get any info. Got no papers with it on what to do. And the steps thing just by touching it. It told me I did 112 steps and I only touch the screen just sitting down. Terrible product.

Will not connect to watch . Tried everything.
Cannot enter any personal information, even can’t change date. Instructions are completely useless.

If you are reading this it’s probably too late for you as it was for me. Device won’t connect with my iPhone. Can’t change date or time or access any functions without a connection to set something. Piece of crap scam.

Not user friendly, watch or app are not good. Both are out dated technology. Watch is not touch screen. Paper instructions that came with watch also rate less than one star.

It needs better instructions and a help center for troubleshooting I can’t even use the touch screen on either watch I bought

Can’t even give you any stars. Watch won’t connect with Fithere or with my iPhone 12. Can’t change the date, time anything so its basically a waste. Please fix these bugs ASAP

We’ve tried everything we can think of to get the watch to charge with no luck. Sure does seem like a scam. Will be directing my credit card company to get my money back!

I can’t get my watch to connect to my phone. The date and time won’t set correctly. I tried calling the phone number I talked to some lady and she didn’t want to answer my question.

It is a gift. It is fully charged, doesn’t activate. The notice given tells me unconnected. Also developer doesn’t use this data. What do I do?

How do I change the time so it’s not on military time?

This watch will not work with my Apple phone. Glad I didn’t pay big money for it. Should of known it was a scam. Most things are now a days. Not a happy camper 😓🤬

Another item yes that was made and shipped from China that is nothing but total junk. I can’t even get mine to turn on. I’m never buying from them again!🤬

All in all it works well, have no trouble connecting it to Bluetooth or anything. My only trouble is it no longer tracks my steps, it tracks everything else though. Is there some number I can call or some website? TIA!

When I first charged this up, it was so nice. All the options gave me all the info I expected. Then it quit counting steps, sleep, calories burned and miles. The blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen still continue, but nothing I have tried in Fithere or synchronization part have changed that. So, for aporox2 to 3 weeks, I have no count on any of this. Is there a solution?

Super easy to set up, to charge, I loved it the battery lasts forever and it’s almost as good as an Apple Watch! I love it!
