Once I pair the watch, HuaWiseFit just crashes. I’ve tried updating my phone, restarting everything, deleting and redownloading and nothing seems to help! It only opens for about 15 seconds which isn’t enough time to customize the watch how I want or anything. It’s a smart watch, so even though the watch itself is working, HuaWiseFit is half the product.

My watch told me to download HuaWiseFit but it just wouldn’t find my watch. This could be a result of my parenting app but that’s very unlikely. Since this didn’t work I did some research and I found a video using “DaFit” app with my watch. I download it and it instantly finds my watch, I won’t go into it too much bc the hauwise app would have prob worked the same I just couldn’t connect my watch which is required to use the whole app.

I got as far as the user information screen, then it had no other “confirm” or “done” buttons to press. It just stayed there. I finally uninstalled it after an hour of waiting.

Is HuaWiseFit available in India?

HuaWiseFit is nice, but wish more features would sync with iOS. It only syncs steps and not the other features like sleep, heart rate, oxygen level, and other features my smart watch records. Would be nice if these would sync with Apple Health. In the iPhone setting, only steps info is available to share and not all the others.

I have had my watch for about 2 years now. And it just never seems to work. At the time I am typing this it is daylight savings time and my watch doesn’t connect to the time however, my sisters does. Please fix this feature and allow it to connect

Love HuaWiseFit and watch except for the fact that it takes up 30.5 GB! I only have 64 and with the rest of my apps I have no space. Why does this have to be so much? Can you fix this? If not, don’t get HuaWiseFit.

Overall I love the watch and app but it syncs to my phone several times each hour and doesn’t just add the additional steps. It add my total for the day each time so I’m ending up with over a million steps per day.

Overall, I like the watch. It counts my steps, calories, heart rate. I can receive messages and phone calls. One thing I can’t see is my sleep monitoring, which I was excited for! I contacted customer support and all they (my person’s name was Monica) said, was to wait until night for it to track… I’ve tried 2 nights and it didn’t work! Following all the steps, wearing it comfortably on my wrist, while it’s on, and going to sleep! When I told her this, she said reset it. So I did, and now see the date is wrong on my watch in the sleep monitor section. I told her this, and she said, measure it at night when you sleep… What type of help and customer support is this?! If you are looking for good customer service, DON’T GET THIS WATCH.

Like the watch but it’s taking too much storage on phone. Once I delete HuaWiseFit and reinstall it, it’s fine. But then in a few days it does the same thing. So this is so annoying. May return watch because of this

Poor quality, but overall not a bad watch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5 because it's not as water proof as I'd like and the crown doesn't scroll.

This will sometimes sync data with my iPhone and sometimes not. I also have to reset some of the settings every time I charge the watch. I do like how long the battery lasts and the watch itself is great. It just doesn’t actually allow me to fully track my heath data in either the Apple Health app or the HuaWise app.

The watch itself isn’t too bad for it being inexpensive. I’ve been using this watch for about 6 months now. I had trouble using it in the beginning but I’ve gotten the hang of it now. Kind of a long review. When you download HuaWiseFit you have to sync it within regular settings then within HuaWiseFit by refreshing the page. Sometimes if you don’t keep your watch nearby it can be harder to sync back up. Turning the watch off can help or disconnecting the watch through regular settings. But make sure the notifications are on within HuaWiseFit afterwards. Sometimes even making a phone call can help it resync I’ve noticed. The phone quality is good. When you wash your hands with the watch on the water can touch the screen and touch something on it though.

I mostly use my watch for steps which I like. You can adjust the goal and the length of your steps. For the sleep tracking part of HuaWiseFit , I don’t really use. It does start tracking once you fall asleep but once you are awake it’ll continue to count sleep until you actually get out of bed if you’re going to relax for a while before getting out of bed. It’s best to pay attention to that for tracking purposes. For the watch faces there is a selection. You can have about 5 at a time but you can only change the last one within HuaWiseFit to make it different. You can sort of customize one. I wish we can chose different designs instead of the last one. Now for charging it takes about an hour or so to fully charge. It can last anywhere between 3 to 4 days depending on how often you get notifications.

You can’t talk into your watch though. I don’t mind since I wanted more of an inexpensive watch. You can’t do any type of payment with this watch though a wallet app. You can only view messages that you receive too. Customer service through HuaWiseFit has responded when I needed help. The date looks different too on the watch. You can change how the time and date looks within HuaWiseFit as well. Depending on what you’re looking for in a watch this one can work well enough.

It was easy to get HuaWiseFit , once you got the watch I scanned the QR code and I downloaded HuaWiseFit , easy to pair! Water resident which is a big thumbs up! But it does take a while to load, it also only connects to phones and not iPads which is a bummer!

Some of the tracking will not start until the next day, try moving between day and werk tracking and the tracking will show up. Also synching with the apple health app will allow for more featured to work.

This watch is great in my opinion. It has pretty much everything I want/need. 1 little thing though, I wish it didn’t play my phones sound through the watch. But other then that everything great.

The English is a little broken, and to update the profile menu, you need to just close HuaWiseFit completely. However, it’s got all the features of an apple watch or fitbit, but with a bit of jankiness to it. I love my watch, I love HuaWiseFit, it’s definitely off-brand but in the best way. There are a few features I would like to see fixed in the future, but honestly I don’t care if they ever get fixed.

I am very satisfied with this product not only does it have a clear sound when you answer calls from the watch but you can also access Siri from the watch as well good heart rate app an 02 sat readings as well as great messaging.

I love this thing!!!! It counts my steps and tells me how long I sleep and how I slept I have been looking for a watch for a while and I am glad I got this one!! And the people who work for the 24 hour service are just so helpful when my watch stop working they sent me a brand new one and it’s working great so if I were you I would get this watch you will not regret it trust me!!!! 😁 I am one happy customer!! 😃

I don’t like how not all messages show but overall when it comes to tracking my steps heart rate and oxygen I really enjoy having it at my finger tips and my son also has the same exact watch

So far I’m impressed with the watch for the cost. I get messages and can see who’s calling me which Is what I was looking for. Only down side I can’t answer or respond back.
Nice to see my sleep tracked too!
