Weather and day cannot be synchronized

App Constant crashing when trying to open cannot update watch anymore.

Will not download to SMARTTIMEPRO , so watch and app are NOT worth the money !

After latest update my app doesn’t work.
This is so bad and I’m very angry about this

I downloaded SMARTTIMEPRO and my w is not pair i try many time and can get it to work i have a apple 13 pro max everytime a hit device say device is not conected is frustrating please help

This doesn’t even deserve ONE STAR. I cannot connect my watch and it says no Bluetooth connection while I did connect it! ZERO

When I bought my watch, everything worked perfectly. I misplaced the watch, and I didn't wear for some months. Last week I charged it, but the clock is not on time. The only way to set it up is through SMARTTIMEPRO . SMARTTIMEPRO is not working!! It has been a week. I uninstalled it, installed again, updated it (the update showed up just today), turned my phone off and on again. (Phone has latest update too) SMARTTIMEPRO is not opening. The truth is that I bought an Apple watch a month ago, and realized that my Kessaris is more accurate in counting my steps, so I want to wear this one instead. But I can't, because.... SMARTTIMEPRO is not working. Bummer!

Worst Watch I ever owned

SMARTTIMEPRO keeps crashing. The watch was a gift and I just set it up to SMARTTIMEPRO and all today! I had to download and reload so many times! I noticed when I input my weight info it crashes. This is such an inconvenience ! I don’t have the time for this.

App was worked by prior to updating to 1.52 overnight.
Now, it opens and then hides (not closing or quitting) itself after a second of the initial screen. If I switch back to SMARTTIMEPRO , it hides again.
device Firmware update never worked. Claims there’s an update, but never succeeds to install.

Either it does not open or it does not sync with the watch when I do workouts.
For the the workout and sleep log are what is not working and the main reason I got it

I woke up this morning and SMARTTIMEPRO had 6667 steps and transferred that information to my phone! This occurred before I took a single step? Next I loved the weather feature on SMARTTIMEPRO which updated the current weather to my watch. UNFORTUNATELY that feature stopped working on SMARTTIMEPRO and it was stuck at 48* even though it was 66* outside! Also, neither the watch nor SMARTTIMEPRO provide you with a battery percentage so you have no idea how much battery you have left after you reach the last of the 4 battery bars!

I’ve had this watch for two weeks and I’ve had to delete SMARTTIMEPRO and repair it four times. SMARTTIMEPRO will randomly crash, not allowing you to look at any other details on your phone. I’ve gone through all the basic steps to remedy this. I’ve made sure that my iOS is updated, that the watch firmware is updated, and that SMARTTIMEPRO is updated. I still get the same results.

I’m using the R7 smartwatch and SMARTTIMEPRO works fine. However, I’m still waiting for new themes… the available themes are old.

SMARTTIMEPRO needs to stay open for the watch to keep working correctly, if not it won't sync all data.

I can’t see SMS notifications on the watch.

This is a good app and watch, but there is a issue. I can’t connect my phone with the watch. I tried all the ways and it wouldn’t work. However, it was working for me before. But now it just won’t connect. If this issue is fixed, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

my watch works great, but it stopped giving me notifications today and im not sure why. its really annoying because thats why i really wanted it.

Everything works fine, but the blood pressure is not synchronizing with SMARTTIMEPRO . Every time I refreshed the information the blood pressure does not appear.

SMARTTIMEPRO crashes out and then refuses to load and you have to delete and reinstall. The watch seems to randomly unpair and you have to fiddle with it to make it show the right time and be paired again. It’s hard to get the sleep function to actually work, and then when it dose work if you go to click on the sleep function in SMARTTIMEPRO it crashes SMARTTIMEPRO . All on all, it’s a great watch, but the bugs are really bringing it down.

Hi all, installed the watch and SMARTTIMEPRO . Find that SMARTTIMEPRO is still buggy, for instance when taking a (remote) picture SMARTTIMEPRO hangs. Also some of the standard dials uploaded to the watch only appear as a dark screen.
Look forward to a new and improved app.

SMARTTIMEPRO crashes every other time I open it, which is a real nuisance if your trying to track your progress!

I like the watch, but SMARTTIMEPRO won’t open, I have the latest version, I’ve followed instructions, but I can’t get it to open. Please fix the bugs, can SMARTTIMEPRO do automatic updates, I’m very frustrated.

I’ve just bought the product, charged it and put it on. I was browsing through its features when I noticed that step count is progressing even though I was not moving! Also Arabic messages are illegible and messed up!

Weather hardly ever appears and when it does it does not update during the day although it is binded and SMARTTIMEPRO is installed. Today I have not been able to open app; it opens and shuts immediately, how is this going to be corrected?

This watch is crazy cool. Yes, it has mostly all the same features of an Apple Watch but does apple help with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Depression? I don’t think so. If you want a smart watch that could change your health for the better, this is the product for you!

I’ve had cheapies I’ve had imposters, i’ve even had the real deal…but this one takes the cake! No issues… connects with my phone gives me all the information I need just the basics which is fine for me, and I paid a great price for it. Very happy would recommend for those who want something simple nothing fancy just simple the basics. I’ve had this for 3 months now, I did have a Fitbit before and really didn’t do a whole lot for me comparative to this, it’s just a little more then the fb gave and I’m happy with it and I paid a third of the price from the simple Fitbit. Hubby now has the Fitbit lol! 😎💪🏾👍🏾
