Seriously Broken Service

From the very beginning I had a very bad experience- first they charged my ccard twice to boom the car - they couldn’t find the booking in the system they had to manually register it - their commercial on instant loans is a full lie - it took over 3 weeks to get it done from a bank which I already have a credit line - then insurance - it took over a week to get a quotation- after that the car registered but this time the delivery of the car - the relationship manager has no clue on when the car to be delivered - they said yesterday became tomorrow this hour then after 4 after that time they have stopped responding calls and still no car delivered yet after 30 days!!! If I were a buyer I would stick to good old ways of buying a car and ignore this company totally!!! Total waste of time and money! Seriously not worth the hassle!!

I booked a car and got a call to schedule test drive which was done. The next day, got another call that need to reschedule the test drive as it was during the festive season and public holiday. This is fully understandable and happily agreed.
The next day, got another call informing me that the car is already sold and i need to cancel the booking which i refused.
After a few days, i was informed that the booking is cancelled and money revert back to my account.
Since then i keep on getting call asking me the reason why i cancelled this booking and keep explaining what happened and keep getting promises that they will look for a similar car with same specs within the advertised price .

I had two problems with cars24 after buying the car. The first one I tried to return the car during the guarantee return period however, the email address provided to proceed the request does not exist, therefore I exceeded the period and could not return it. The second problem, there was an issue with the spare key when handing over the car, they told they would fix it in the first 1000 km test, however they did not and left me with the problem. I would not recommend this company, better to get a certified one with the dealer.
