Whenever I place an order itβs never on time the delivery time on the app has no relevance, what is the point of displaying items if there is no stock? Frequent cancellation due to lack of stock, and no point of ordering, 3 days of the same order , what has store to do with this ? Is your app or company reliable ? I understand once a mistake two dayβs in a row is this a company ? Isnβt this just a delivery app? What are you showing if your items are not available? What delivery times the app gives what is the reliability? If all you do is postpone ? I had the same conversation yesterday with another rep , is this the reason you start a new conversation to apologize the next day? To top it off the app finally says delivered for items that never reached me, I was home the entire time waiting for delivery π€£π€£π€£π€£ what a waste of time.

I ordered for my items through this application from Sharjah Coop. , I ordered 4 days ago , it was late one more day after the order scheduled and when the employee called to prepare the order , he found many items not available as in the order !!! How is that ? Sharjah Coop. updated their offers yesterday and all my items was there.
Unfortunately no proper answer from the live chat about the order status, if they informed that for sure it will get delayed, I wonβt be upset. And after the delay , the items not available in stock , why the offers still shown in their application then.

Whenever i place an order its always later than whats written on the app. The last time i ordered they called me 8 times one after the other to ask me if i want the delivery on the time mentioned or a few hours later. Another time the driver calls me an hour later and tells me to send him my location through whats app. Isnt the reason the app is there so that they know my location directly. When talking to customer service , there is no compensation for their behaviour. USELESS! There is no coordination between the market and the app. INSTASHOP IS BETTER!
