1 year agoYesterday I visit kfc Galleria mall Abu Dhabi Ur counter boy behavior not good, when I ask wet tissue he reply don’t have. I order 44 @9:30 pm but food not hot and when I ask to boy he say here all fresh and when I ask give me bill he say we already throw. Really i regular customer but yesterday I m very disappointed.

2 years agoAll the prices are changed , party meal become 145 without bread . This is the most bad surprise for me in this Christmas. How u could charge so high and without bread not acceptable.

2 years agoAlain city zafaran branch Every time I visit this branch in the drive thru there is a delay for customers not just this time it happens every time since the start of the pandemic the customer service became bad if this issue isn’t fixed I won’t be a customer for kfc anymore

Very bad if you use it enough
You can't give feedback in the app as it asks for order number and mobile number and no way to inter them. Even if you choose others. Still the same. Locations are also wronge, Dhaid branch is always offline and it's in sharjah not umm alqewain. Can't order pickup or delivery via the app. Muliha branch in ADNOC petrol station is not on the application at all.

Useless app
Very slow service specially inside UAQ branch. Funny, you order from app and app shows order ready for pickup then delivered. However, they start preparing only when you reach the branch. Why to order via app then.

I don’t how it is not allowing me to order within Dubai areas and telling me Sorry, we don’t deliver to this area!! Even call center they didn’t help to escalate this issue
