Charged me after canceling

I cancelled the subscription immediately after purchasing during the free trial. I did this through apple but was still charged. Looking at the app the settings show I still have an active subscription. I clicked on the tab for canceling and would you know it… The button is unresponsive. Everything else works, just not that one button. Hmmm.
Charging me for a subscription I’ve never done !!

It’s literally been charging money off my card and I’ve never done a subscription! I’ve been trying to remove my card from my phone but it doesn’t let me because it says I have an active subscription. I’ve even tried contacting the company but it doesn’t let me ! This is unacceptable!!
Poor app

Very poor . Advice you not to use if you are in a hurry and don’t want to subscribe. They allow you to finish scanning but don’t allow you to send or use it unless you pay . Like why make me download and finish scanning if you don’t allow me to send anyway.
