I mistakenly purchase wps Office premium, please conceal
I want to cancel my free trial subscription to Office Suite. I want to cancel but it is so hard to find the way to cancel the subscription. I think the trial period ends April 12. Please help. Virginia
I purchased Office Suite but I never installed it. Please help me. I need my product code. Thanks you so much Finch636@redacted 760-219-6527 A text is fine also
I am so frustrated with OfficeSuitePro+PDF. Been using it for 4-5 years & depend on it. Had major issue with it telling me all of a sudden file format not supported on spreadsheets I've been using since I started using this app &/or ones I just created in the app & saved it then it gives me error message. Then an update that gives you a 10key for entering numbers, which is fantastic, doesn't have a division key. I've attempted emailing probably 8-10 times including all tech info, phone model, android version, OS & version etc, Office Suite version, screen shots, & actual files attached (not my favorite thing to do with financial info & not necessarily my own). I only received automated replies asking for me to send all of the info already included in my email I am receiving the reply to. SO FRUSTRATED!
I need to cancel my suscripción
I tried the trial period and a week instead of charging me for a month I was charged for a year and no approval was asked. I do not wish to continue using this app and have cancelled my subscription and would like my refund back.

This app is very frustrating and can cause serious errors, spreadsheet scrambles and loss of work from intrusive ad pop ups and constant “upgrade” requests at initial (previous work) loading. Contacting their so-called support team is even worse, since after sending them a very detailed exact description of how/why/when and what happens over and over, they still insist on “screen shots” and “more details”. It would be easier to just write the patch for their lack of error trapping and poor programming timing and input errors, then to fiddle around with “screen shots”... As far as the app itself, the plain-jane stacked menus are impossible to fully navigate without a bluetooth full-keyboard. Using your standard popup device keypad will soon make you crazy in spreadsheet and word processor modes. Finally, the “autoload last work” feature itself creates “lost-in-buffer” unusable file loading errors, which can corrupt your past work. You must constantly save large active files as you work, changing their file names, to ensure that WHEN (not if) you suffer a crash, your work isn’t corrupted/lost/unuseable. Note that the paid-for “rights” in the “pro” version does not cross over from former platforms (first gen ipads to air4 for example).

Edit to say if I could give it negative stars… I would… after the developers response to my review…. It would be a negative 3 if I could!!) So got the app, expected to have to deal with ads of some form…. It wanted me to try the premium version for three days, but I wanted to see what I could do with the free version… You can view files…. That’s it. I mean you can edit a bit but you can’t save, you can’t create a document… nothing. So unless you just need to be able to read/access files the free version won’t do you any good!
In response to the developer, you need to say in the app info that you can’t do anything but read…. Unless you upgrade. And sorry but that is worthless. I should be able to at least edit and save an existing document in the free version…. You say try the paid version… no, you have a free version it should be able to do SOMETHING other than read the file…. Since you can’t, and I see nothing but complaints about your product…. No way in heck am I gonna try it!

I have a lifetime premium license. Every time there is an update my software reverts back to the free version or the pro version. These versions have far fewer features. I sent Support requests to the company. I receive tons of resistance to resolve my issue and it usually takes as much as 2 1/2 month to resolve my technical support issues such as this. I use this software constantly, and depend on the premium features. I have been using their software for 4+ years. I received the free lifetime premium license for my iPad When they initially made available for the iPad. The last time I reviewed the software they assured me that they would contact me to resolve the issue. I have today never heard from them and that has been over two months ago. If you have left A review of this software, and they have stated in their reply that they will resolve the issue by contacting you, DO NOT BELIEVE IT. They are only trying to save face and give the appearance that they are going to give good customer support.
