First time I used MisfitsMarket I just got the munching apple animation but never connected to the website. I used the web interface without issue that day. The next week I tried MisfitsMarket again, and it worked well without issue. I’ve tried using both since then - the web interface seems to be a little faster, that is not as much munching apple time before the page loads.

One thing I have wished was on both interfaces is a search function. I’d like to be able to search for an item and go directly to it, vs having to scroll through items to see if there is an item available that week or not.

Canceling my app subscription. Twice now I have not been able to get what I actually want in my order because MisfitsMarket will literally not load. I try updating it and closing it out but it still won’t work. The companies goal is to reduce food waste but with the random orders I am sent because I can’t modify it, I’ve had to throw food away. Might as well just throw my money in the trash. Another time I had paused my order but when I was at the grocery store I told a lady about MisfitsMarket and their mission. I resumed my membership to show her all of the stuff they offer. I was at the grocery store so I didn’t have time to shop for my order so I figured I would just do it that evening or the next morning. My evening got busy with three kids and by the time I could work on it, it was well past my own bedtime so I said I would do it in the morning. Well they charged my card at 1am with a box full of random stuff I didn’t even get to see. Wish I could go back to the grocery store and tell the lady to actually not use MisfitsMarket after that happened and then with it constantly not loading and closing out. Literal Waste of money.

I’ve been a customer for a number of years, back when I paid a subscription and received whatever was sent to me. Change has been great for Misfits. First the pantry, then the cold pack and now wine. This is truly a story
very few would believe to come true. Well, you don’t need to pinch me to make sure I’m not dreaming, as I’ve stood firmly behind Misfits for years and watched/ felt their growth experience. MisfitsMarket is the next, in a line of changes and like so many other changes will allow Misfits to grow quicker. I, for one, love MisfitsMarket for its ease and simplification. Keep the changes coming Misfits, as ease of ordering is going to keep me purchasing, for many, many more years!

Since receiving app invitation and being excited to install, I did so immediately! I’ve only been able to open app once, which was very first time.
I’m running iOS 15.3.1 on iPhone 13. The Misfits apple “chewing”. And chewing and chewing and chewing.
Hard closed app, restart phone, open app, repeat. Misfits apple endlessly chewing. I’ve checked for app update, there is none. My one and only experience was good. The fact I can’t open since is super disappointing.
Yes, I could attempt to uninstall, remove from iCloud and reinstall. I’m not confident that’s going to solve issue, given behavior and 25 years IT experience. That’s for sure looks like app problem, not my problem. It’s also lotta work, when I can simply use old way on Safari.
I’m disabled and solely rely on my iPhone. Having use of app is always easiest method and surely would have been very helpful in my circumstances.

I love MisfitsMarket option and the home Screen is great! Something I found confusing is that when shopping in the website I’m already conditioned to tap the top left corner for browsing through aisles. However, on MisfitsMarket the “filter” button is on the top left, and the only category is the sold out items— which I personally don’t browse through. I then have to click the top right corner for the aisles. This may not be a problem if as costumers we are retrained to go to the top right corner for aisles, but it’d be nice for the online platform and app to have the same buttons in the same area to provide a more seamless experience transitioning from one space to another.

MisfitsMarket is a touch slower to load that the website but it’s less total navigation than for me to click emails and log in that way. MisfitsMarket layout and design is smooth and just like the website so there wasn’t any looking around for where a feature would be. Similar to other reviews I would love to see a search feature as a lot of times I’ll have to scroll through the whole veggie section before realizing something’s not in stock a given week.

I love, love, love, Misfits Market. Nothing at all wrong with the service and I’m a loyal customer! At first I had some issues with MisfitsMarket not loading, so I left a “constructive criticism” review here. Misfits reached out very quickly after my review to ask for more information. But by the time I opened MisfitsMarket again to make a detailed report of the issues, the issues were gone! I don’t know if my original issues were user error (could be! ha!), or if they had already gotten feedback and crushed some bugs. Either way, it’s a GREAT service, from a GREAT company, with GREAT customer service, and now it has a GREAT, convenient app! Yay Misfits!

I have been with Misfits Market for a little over a year. I feel like every month they are adding new and interesting offerings and trying to improve and streamline the process for their customers. I have so many more options than I had originally at the time I joined. MisfitsMarket just makes things that much better. While I have, from time to time, been missing an item, their customer service has always been immediately responsive. I love that I am helping to cut out food waste, saving money, and enjoying consistent home delivery!!!

First off, I’ve been very happy with Misfits. The products have been good and the one time there was an issue with my order, support was very responsive. That being said, MisfitsMarket has an aesthetically pleasing design but is virtually unusable for me (iOS 15.3). It functions well for a bit right after downloading, but inevitably crashes if I browse continuously for more than a couple minutes. After crashing once, MisfitsMarket quits at the initial loading screen every time. Force closing MisfitsMarket and restarting my phone don’t help; I have to delete MisfitsMarket and redownload before it works again. I know MisfitsMarket is still in it’s early days, but basic functionality should be a given. In later versions, it would also be nice if a search tool was included to help quickly find items or more specific categories.

I was very excited to see an app. It’s setup very much like the website and therefore easy to maneuver and find my way around. HOWEVER - it is VERY slow and laggy. I can scroll my finger up the screen and it doesn’t move for about 5 seconds. And then it moves very “choppily”. It seems as if it may be trying to do too much in the background and can’t keep up with the touch commands?? That’s just what it reminds me of - it runs like a very old computer trying to run a new software program because it doesn’t have enough RAM. It also has kicked me out once or twice. I have verified that I am on the latest version of MisfitsMarket and iOS if that helps.

MisfitsMarket needs constant updates and even so, your app crashes everyday and you count on luck to open it again after placing an order. Worse than this is my last order disappeared and I couldn’t even find the feature they said to report the order issue! All I saw was put me in to this endless loop of “please subscribe to stay in loop” after I filled the contact form and submitted. Talking about the food they offered, it only worth ordering some organic veggies or fruits and some limited options of bakery. All other stuffs needs cold packages to keep fresh and that charged you additional almost twenty bucks each time you order. So why the heck I order from here? So far to be honest, I don’t think they have any price advantage. It just sucked

I have been a customer for a little over a year. I recommend them to everyone who cares about the quality of their food and preventing food waste. I’m a huge fan and I discover great, new products through them all the time. It is a huge time saver as I can skip grocery runs for weeks at a time. I love their service and MisfitsMarket makes shopping even easier. Adding, deleting, and changing quantities of items is quick and easy. Can’t recommend MisfitsMarket and service enough.

My sign-up process was pretty rocky, which kept me from logging into my account and using MisfitsMarket . But everything has been resolved and things are in working order now. When having these issues, I reached out to customer service via the website and didn’t get a response for several days. I then reached out to the Instagram account and received an instant response, and also got a quick response after leaving my first review here for MisfitsMarket . So the website customer service could use some work.

I’m so thankful for the convenience of ordering through the Misfit Markets application and the subsequent delivery directly to our door. Can you say “significant timesaver”? I also feel good about using healthy, organic produce/products and reducing food waste. Thank you Misfit Markets for giving us this wonderful opportunity. Congrats on expanding your coverage area. I look forward to even further improvements such as a BOGO offers, expansion of items in the penny store and great rescues of produce and products.

I have been ordering from Misfits for over a year, and could not be happier! I’ve tried products I would not normally buy, and more often than not I am pleased.
MisfitsMarket is a little clunky. Signing in from the landing page did not work. So I went in as a new customer, and there was another log in for existing customers, which worked.
My delivery date was incorrect. Since I have already ordered this weeks groceries via the webpage, I was not concerned. I will try MisfitsMarket again for this coming weeks order.
I like the overall look of MisfitsMarket , and I am sure the kinks will be rectified.

I always had to search the web to find Misfits in the past and wondered why they didn’t have an app for us. Then MisfitsMarket was made and I had to download it twice before it would run correctly. So far so good.
I tried adding an item after I had finished ordering but before the cutoff date, but the Apple icon just kept being eaten for ever. Probably just a bug, needing to be fixed. All in all MisfitsMarket should make ordering easier!

I have been using Misfits service for a long time now and was happy to see they have an app now! MisfitsMarket works well for me and I enjoy how much more convenient it is for everything. I recently had an issue with my order and it was much easier to report the problem through MisfitsMarket than it was previously on the website. I really like this company and what they’re doing, I look forward to using their services for a long time

Like the website, there’s not a way to search for specific items you’re looking for. I don’t know that it hasn’t been added as a marketing strategy, thinking if we have to scroll through absolutely everything, we’re more than likely to buy more but for me and I’m sure countless others, it’s more frustrating to shop than just going to a local grocery store or use their delivery service, since the shipping is now nearly the cost of delivery from local store with wider variety of everything we need.

Tldnr: Misfits is great! Great groceries and customer service. Use the web version if, like me, you find MisfitsMarket always crashes.

Been a misfits customer for years now. I liked them at the beginning and keep finding ways to improve. Customer service is great too. Most of my groceries now come from Misfits. Groceries and customer service would get 5 stars from me.

MisfitsMarket , however, has only worked once since I downloaded it several months ago. Despite bug fixes and updates, it crashes within a few seconds of opening. Hoping to see an effective bug fix soon. Still using the web version and I’m happy with the web version.

We started using Misfits at the start of the pandemic as a way to close the gap on produce and other product that we couldn’t find at the grocery store due to supply issues. We stuck with the service because of the amazing produce and the addition of pantry goods, meat, cheese and now wine. MisfitsMarket is just the icing on an already perfect cake. MisfitsMarket experience makes everything so easy. Loving this company, loving the experience, and loving the values. Try it!

Love misfit market. I recommend it to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Absolute best quality and if it’s not 100% then absolute best customer service will save the day. Genuinely love this service. The only reason I’m giving MisfitsMarket 4 stars instead of 5 is because it keeps changing my delivery day and somehow double ordered me. Whoops. I’m sure that will be corrected asap so no worries. Then I will change it to 5.

I am positively evangelical about the products, philosophy, services, quality, variety, and savings of Misfits Market, and MisfitsMarket makes the shopping experience even easier than on the website. It did freeze up on me once but I was able to pick right up on the website and complete my shopping; all was restored when I checked MisfitsMarket later and it’s been working fine for me ever since. Love everything about Misfits!!

So far the Misfits Market app is a definite improvement over the web interface on my phone. It’s stable, loads and runs smoothly, and is easier to jump around on when I need to make changes across categories when I order. As far as I can tell it has all the same capabilities and information as the web interface but it does run much more smoothly.

My first order somehow got messed up, I received an email stating I would be refunded and an extra $30 towards my next order. Which was amazing and all was handled.
My second order has been a jungle gym to track down. My delivery date was 8 days ago & still has not been updated. I did try to contact them issuing a missing package but still have not heard back and can now no longer even get into MisfitsMarket .
I don’t know if this is an issue within the business or the carrier as the dates for shipping and delivery are completed different between MisfitsMarket & my emails. Either way, I never received my order or a response.

I’ve been a misfits customer since the company’s foundation and am so excited to now have an app to order my groceries! Now instead of logging into my account and navigating the menu each time, I pop on MisfitsMarket and add items to my cart instantly. It’s very user friendly and the shopping layout has only improved with time. If you’re a misfits user, this is a must!

I love Misfits and order several times a month, just having my one year anniversary last month. Using MisfitsMarket the past two weeks has been really great! I love being able to see orders easily — and shopping is a breeze. I was surprised how similar MisfitsMarket was to using the website. I thought there would be some new learning to do but it almost works exactly the same! I have been a misfits member for quite a few years and love their items, products and variety. I love how easy MisfitsMarket is to use and you know exactly what you’re getting in your cart! I love this company and have been using them for years. Anytime an issue comes up their customer service is great even as they have been evolving with lots of new changes over the years. MisfitsMarket is definitely a convenient update for the shopping experience. This is a wonderful subscription program.

I have been with Misfits for years and have enjoyed them (and their website!) since! But, I’m so glad they branched out into an app, to just make the selection process (and remembering to select) easier! Now, I can get notifications to remind me and can scroll through all the products/info much faster 😃😃

Misfits is excellent. I love the ease, discount and quality organic fruit, veg and food/drink delivered to my door every week. Any time a fruit or veg has been too bruised to eat, I just send a message and they send a refund straight away. It’s also fun to see what changes and offers are available every week. Plus it saves me a trip to the grocery store. Thanks, Misfits!

Been a customer for almost 2 years. Thanks to misfits continuing to improve/update features and inventory I hardly go to the grocery store anymore. I am paleo and they have options for my lifestyle and I love it! Love that they have a app now when it comes to doing my weekly orders it makes life easier. 😊

For fresh healthy produce and an exciting choice of pantry items! We buy our meats and cheese and eggs from them too now and are alway excited when new products are offered.

Ordering is so easy and delivery is excellent. And the few times that something is missing or damaged their customer service department is right on top of it with refunds.

If it wasn’t for things like toilet paper and napkins, I’d never step foot in a supermarket again!

Having been a customer for a few years I have seen the progression in service, products and overall ease of ordering. I highly recommend trying Misfits Market. Great food, customer service and ease.

I’ve been using Misfits Market for a year and a half or so, & it just keeps getting better. Occasional delivery delays and missing items happen, but it’s just not that big of a deal, & you can’t beat the savings.
