Misfits Market Grocery App Reviews

First off, I’ve been very happy with Misfits. The products have been good and the one time there was an issue with my order, support was very responsive. That being said, MisfitsMarketGroceryApp has an aesthetically pleasing design but is virtually unusable for me (iOS 15.3). It functions well for a bit right after downloading, but inevitably crashes if I browse continuously for more than a couple minutes. After crashing once, MisfitsMarketGroceryApp quits at the initial loading screen every time. Force closing MisfitsMarketGroceryApp and restarting my phone don’t help; I have to delete MisfitsMarketGroceryApp and redownload before it works again. I know MisfitsMarketGroceryApp is still in it’s early days, but basic functionality should be a given. In later versions, it would also be nice if a search tool was included to help quickly find items or more specific categories.

Canceling my app subscription. Twice now I have not been able to get what I actually want in my order because MisfitsMarketGroceryApp will literally not load. I try updating it and closing it out but it still won’t work. The companies goal is to reduce food waste but with the random orders I am sent because I can’t modify it, I’ve had to throw food away. Might as well just throw my money in the trash. Another time I had paused my order but when I was at the grocery store I told a lady about MisfitsMarketGroceryApp and their mission. I resumed my membership to show her all of the stuff they offer. I was at the grocery store so I didn’t have time to shop for my order so I figured I would just do it that evening or the next morning. My evening got busy with three kids and by the time I could work on it, it was well past my own bedtime so I said I would do it in the morning. Well they charged my card at 1am with a box full of random stuff I didn’t even get to see. Wish I could go back to the grocery store and tell the lady to actually not use MisfitsMarketGroceryApp after that happened and then with it constantly not loading and closing out. Literal Waste of money.

Since receiving app invitation and being excited to install, I did so immediately! I’ve only been able to open app once, which was very first time.
I’m running iOS 15.3.1 on iPhone 13. The Misfits apple “chewing”. And chewing and chewing and chewing.
Hard closed app, restart phone, open app, repeat. Misfits apple endlessly chewing. I’ve checked for app update, there is none. My one and only experience was good. The fact I can’t open since is super disappointing.
Yes, I could attempt to uninstall, remove from iCloud and reinstall. I’m not confident that’s going to solve issue, given behavior and 25 years IT experience. That’s for sure looks like app problem, not my problem. It’s also lotta work, when I can simply use old way on Safari.
I’m disabled and solely rely on my iPhone. Having use of app is always easiest method and surely would have been very helpful in my circumstances.

My first order somehow got messed up, I received an email stating I would be refunded and an extra $30 towards my next order. Which was amazing and all was handled.
My second order has been a jungle gym to track down. My delivery date was 8 days ago & still has not been updated. I did try to contact them issuing a missing package but still have not heard back and can now no longer even get into MisfitsMarketGroceryApp .
I don’t know if this is an issue within the business or the carrier as the dates for shipping and delivery are completed different between MisfitsMarketGroceryApp & my emails. Either way, I never received my order or a response.

MisfitsMarketGroceryApp needs constant updates and even so, your app crashes everyday and you count on luck to open it again after placing an order. Worse than this is my last order disappeared and I couldn’t even find the feature they said to report the order issue! All I saw was put me in to this endless loop of “please subscribe to stay in loop” after I filled the contact form and submitted. Talking about the food they offered, it only worth ordering some organic veggies or fruits and some limited options of bakery. All other stuffs needs cold packages to keep fresh and that charged you additional almost twenty bucks each time you order. So why the heck I order from here? So far to be honest, I don’t think they have any price advantage. It just sucked

Tldnr: Misfits is great! Great groceries and customer service. Use the web version if, like me, you find MisfitsMarketGroceryApp always crashes.

Been a misfits customer for years now. I liked them at the beginning and keep finding ways to improve. Customer service is great too. Most of my groceries now come from Misfits. Groceries and customer service would get 5 stars from me.

MisfitsMarketGroceryApp , however, has only worked once since I downloaded it several months ago. Despite bug fixes and updates, it crashes within a few seconds of opening. Hoping to see an effective bug fix soon. Still using the web version and I’m happy with the web version.

Like the website, there’s not a way to search for specific items you’re looking for. I don’t know that it hasn’t been added as a marketing strategy, thinking if we have to scroll through absolutely everything, we’re more than likely to buy more but for me and I’m sure countless others, it’s more frustrating to shop than just going to a local grocery store or use their delivery service, since the shipping is now nearly the cost of delivery from local store with wider variety of everything we need.

I have been ordering from Misfits for over a year, and could not be happier! I’ve tried products I would not normally buy, and more often than not I am pleased.
MisfitsMarketGroceryApp is a little clunky. Signing in from the landing page did not work. So I went in as a new customer, and there was another log in for existing customers, which worked.
My delivery date was incorrect. Since I have already ordered this weeks groceries via the webpage, I was not concerned. I will try MisfitsMarketGroceryApp again for this coming weeks order.
I like the overall look of MisfitsMarketGroceryApp , and I am sure the kinks will be rectified.

I was very excited to see an app. It’s setup very much like the website and therefore easy to maneuver and find my way around. HOWEVER - it is VERY slow and laggy. I can scroll my finger up the screen and it doesn’t move for about 5 seconds. And then it moves very “choppily”. It seems as if it may be trying to do too much in the background and can’t keep up with the touch commands?? That’s just what it reminds me of - it runs like a very old computer trying to run a new software program because it doesn’t have enough RAM. It also has kicked me out once or twice. I have verified that I am on the latest version of MisfitsMarketGroceryApp and iOS if that helps.

Love misfit market. I recommend it to all my friends, family, and neighbors. Absolute best quality and if it’s not 100% then absolute best customer service will save the day. Genuinely love this service. The only reason I’m giving MisfitsMarketGroceryApp 4 stars instead of 5 is because it keeps changing my delivery day and somehow double ordered me. Whoops. I’m sure that will be corrected asap so no worries. Then I will change it to 5.

My sign-up process was pretty rocky, which kept me from logging into my account and using MisfitsMarketGroceryApp . But everything has been resolved and things are in working order now. When having these issues, I reached out to customer service via the website and didn’t get a response for several days. I then reached out to the Instagram account and received an instant response, and also got a quick response after leaving my first review here for MisfitsMarketGroceryApp . So the website customer service could use some work.

MisfitsMarketGroceryApp is a touch slower to load that the website but it’s less total navigation than for me to click emails and log in that way. MisfitsMarketGroceryApp layout and design is smooth and just like the website so there wasn’t any looking around for where a feature would be. Similar to other reviews I would love to see a search feature as a lot of times I’ll have to scroll through the whole veggie section before realizing something’s not in stock a given week.

I love MisfitsMarketGroceryApp option and the home Screen is great! Something I found confusing is that when shopping in the website I’m already conditioned to tap the top left corner for browsing through aisles. However, on MisfitsMarketGroceryApp the “filter” button is on the top left, and the only category is the sold out items— which I personally don’t browse through. I then have to click the top right corner for the aisles. This may not be a problem if as costumers we are retrained to go to the top right corner for aisles, but it’d be nice for the online platform and app to have the same buttons in the same area to provide a more seamless experience transitioning from one space to another.

I always had to search the web to find Misfits in the past and wondered why they didn’t have an app for us. Then MisfitsMarketGroceryApp was made and I had to download it twice before it would run correctly. So far so good.
I tried adding an item after I had finished ordering but before the cutoff date, but the Apple icon just kept being eaten for ever. Probably just a bug, needing to be fixed. All in all MisfitsMarketGroceryApp should make ordering easier!

First time I used MisfitsMarketGroceryApp I just got the munching apple animation but never connected to the website. I used the web interface without issue that day. The next week I tried MisfitsMarketGroceryApp again, and it worked well without issue. I’ve tried using both since then - the web interface seems to be a little faster, that is not as much munching apple time before the page loads.

One thing I have wished was on both interfaces is a search function. I’d like to be able to search for an item and go directly to it, vs having to scroll through items to see if there is an item available that week or not.

Misfits itself I absolutely love!!

I was surprised how similar MisfitsMarketGroceryApp was to using the website. I thought there would be some new learning to do but it almost works exactly the same! I have been a misfits member for quite a few years and love their items, products and variety. I love how easy MisfitsMarketGroceryApp is to use and you know exactly what you’re getting in your cart! Way to go Misfit Market! I love it!

I love this company and have been using them for years. Anytime an issue comes up their customer service is great even as they have been evolving with lots of new changes over the years. MisfitsMarketGroceryApp is definitely a convenient update for the shopping experience. This is a wonderful subscription program.

I have been with Misfits for years and have enjoyed them (and their website!) since! But, I’m so glad they branched out into an app, to just make the selection process (and remembering to select) easier! Now, I can get notifications to remind me and can scroll through all the products/info much faster 😃😃

Misfits is excellent. I love the ease, discount and quality organic fruit, veg and food/drink delivered to my door every week. Any time a fruit or veg has been too bruised to eat, I just send a message and they send a refund straight away. It’s also fun to see what changes and offers are available every week. Been a customer for almost 2 years. Thanks to misfits continuing to improve/update features and inventory I hardly go to the grocery store anymore. I am paleo and they have options for my lifestyle and I love it! Love that they have a app now when it comes to doing my weekly orders it makes life easier. 😊

Ordering is so easy and delivery is excellent. And the few times that something is missing or damaged their customer service department is right on top of it with refunds.

So far the Misfits Market app is a definite improvement over the web interface on my phone. It’s stable, loads and runs smoothly, and is easier to jump around on when I need to make changes across categories when I order. As far as I can tell it has all the same capabilities and information as the web interface but it does run much more smoothly.

I am positively evangelical about the products, philosophy, services, quality, variety, and savings of Misfits Market, and MisfitsMarketGroceryApp makes the shopping experience even easier than on the website. It did freeze up on me once but I was able to pick right up on the website and complete my shopping; all was restored when I checked MisfitsMarketGroceryApp later and it’s been working fine for me ever since. Love everything about Misfits!!

We started using Misfits at the start of the pandemic as a way to close the gap on produce and other product that we couldn’t find at the grocery store due to supply issues. I love, love, love, Misfits Market. Nothing at all wrong with the service and I’m a loyal customer! At first I had some issues with MisfitsMarketGroceryApp not loading, so I left a “constructive criticism” review here. Misfits reached out very quickly after my review to ask for more information. But by the time I opened MisfitsMarketGroceryApp again to make a detailed report of the issues, the issues were gone! I don’t know if my original issues were user error (could be! ha!), or if they had already gotten feedback and crushed some bugs. Either way, it’s a GREAT service, from a GREAT company, with GREAT customer service, and now it has a GREAT, convenient app! Yay Misfits!

I’ve been using Misfits Market for a year and a half or so, & it just keeps getting better. Occasional delivery delays and missing items happen, but it’s just not that big of a deal, & you can’t beat the savings.
