I waned to cancel as soon as I saw how much they were charging I have never been able to log into my account this company is a scam and they're thieves I should have known when they wouldn't show you thier prices until you put your credit card on here.

I cancelled out of this subscription after receiving the first package. I was charged an ungodly amount for the 5 vegetable items I received. This was months ago, just looked at my bank account and have charged. WTF!! Tried to sign in was told my email couldn’t be found. Looked for a phone number, of course can’t find one Let’s see what happens emailing! DO NOT ORDER FROM MISFITS ITS A BUNCH OF B.S!!

I have ordered stuff twice in the last couple of weeks and have not received either order. The first order the company did not acknowledge and said it was because I did not spend the minimum which I had. I can’t control when they decide to process the order and what products are left at that time. The second order I was charged for. Has not come yet and tracking number does not work. They need to use a more reputable shipping company not Courier Express. I can’t get through to a live person at Misfits Market and Courier Express’s number is busy. I just want my stuff I paid for it a refund. I am pretty much done using this company.

Scam!! I only wanted to browse and decide. However, I had to join, provide a card # before I could see what they had to offer.. I was advised that I could pause at any time and return to complete my order. I decided that it wasnt for me and logged off the site. I received a shipment anyway and was charged. I even received an email frim MM reminding me that my order was not complete. I sent an email requesting a refund based on the fact that I never processed my order for shipment. I have not heard from them. SCAM!

1. I was only looking at a possible order and could only tally the total amount by putting everything in my cart. I abandoned my cart & a few days later a charged for over $120 appeared on my account. I did NOT authorize this order. 2.) I received several notifications that the order was going to be delayed. I filled out a contact form, asking for a refund. No response. Then a notification that the order was damaged due to the delays. THEN after this 3rd party vendor contacted Misfits, I got a notification that they were told to deliver the damaged (spoiled meat) ANYWAY. WTH? What kind of business is this? I will be contacting BBB in Delanco, NJ, where their corporate office is located.

I don’t eat 3/4 of what is in this box I believe it was sent in error. Don’t eat kale, avacados, lemons, mushrooms, celery, parsley, cherry tomatoes, etc. this box was for someone else. I want to discontinue the program but there is no way on the website that allows you to do that. There is no place on the website to explain my problems. Canceling my app subscription. Twice now I have not been able to get what I actually want in my order because the app will literally not load. I try updating it and closing it out but it still won’t work. The companies goal is to reduce food waste but with the random orders I am sent because I can’t modify it, I’ve had to throw food away. Might as well just throw my money in the trash. Another time I had paused my order but when I was at the grocery store I told a lady about the app and their mission. I resumed my membership to show her all of the stuff they offer. I was at the grocery store so I didn’t have time to shop for my order so I figured I would just do it that evening or the next morning. My evening got busy with three kids and by the time I could work on it, it was well past my own bedtime so I said I would do it in the morning. Well they charged my card at 1am with a box full of random stuff I didn’t even get to see. Wish I could go back to the grocery store and tell the lady to actually not use this app after that happened and then with it constantly not loading and closing out. Literal Waste of money.

Since receiving app invitation and being excited to install, I did so immediately! I’ve only been able to open app once, which was very first time.
I’m running iOS 15.3.1 on iPhone 13. The Misfits apple “chewing”. And chewing and chewing and chewing.
Hard closed app, restart phone, open app, repeat. Misfits apple endlessly chewing. I’ve checked for app update, there is none. My one and only experience was good. The fact I can’t open since is super disappointing.
Yes, I could attempt to uninstall, remove from iCloud and reinstall. I’m not confident that’s going to solve issue, given behavior and 25 years IT experience. That’s for sure looks like app problem, not my problem. It’s also lotta work, when I can simply use old way on Safari.
I’m disabled and solely rely on my iPhone. Having use of app is always easiest method and surely would have been very helpful in my circumstances.

First off, I’ve been very happy with Misfits. The products have been good and the one time there was an issue with my order, support was very responsive. That being said, the app has an aesthetically pleasing design but is virtually unusable for me (iOS 15.3). It functions well for a bit right after downloading, but inevitably crashes if I browse continuously for more than a couple minutes. After crashing once, the app quits at the initial loading screen every time. Force closing the app and restarting my phone don’t help; I have to delete the app and redownload before it works again. I know the app is still in it’s early days, but basic functionality should be a given. In later versions, it would also be nice if a search tool was included to help quickly find items or more specific categories.
