Not synchronizing the fingerprints into the Nadra’s web account taken from PAKIDENTITY. It synchronized the photograph and documents with no issues. It has been two days but still not working. Nadra complaints website is also not working and not sure where to report the complaint of problem with the complaint page 😠. Please fix these problems.

The picture and finger scan does not work. I tried on multiple people and even when the fingers scan is done, not once it was accepted. I also tried on multiple iPhones with the beat cameras. This is a useless app.

I tried using PAKIDENTITY for finger prints during my application process for NICOP and it keeps giving me an error saying “license not activated” - looks like some technical issue but been this way for more than a day

Worst app - fingerprint scanner doesn’t work at all, document scanner is unreliable at best, shows dark screen when scanning (doesn’t even show the document).
Now, it keeps saying session expired whenever I try to scan documents.

I thought PAKIDENTITY would be easier than the website. But PAKIDENTITY wouldn't even let me click the button to take a pic of my documents. Literally useless.

PAKIDENTITY use camera to scan fingers which not work and also not reliable way , every phone have finger print scanner so better use phone finger print scanner for that purpose

The best service ever received from a Government institution. I applied for my son’s NICOP (he is four years old) from overseas, attached all required documents, paid urgent fee, and received NICOP within four days. So quick, and smooth process. Thank you NADRA.

Excellent app and hopefully it will go a long way in eradicating corruption as well. I hope more online app will be developed to bypass corrupted employees of most government agencies.
