Useless app for uploading fingerprints

I wanted to use this app to upload my fingerprints. My fingerprints can get captured but are unable to upload because of technical issues every single time. I have tried it now almost 100 times. So it's a useless app with non of the features functioning.

I have created my login on website and now when i try to login into this app it shows me error and not allowing me to login. Good facility but unusable.

There is no camera which can take fingerprints. Useless function

When taking picture no guidelines are shown to help take the picture. Once the picture is taken then Oval is shown to adjust the picture. Also when I try to upload my baby picture it always display “no face detected”. Very hard to use this app.

Funktionen
This mobile application is for the existing users of NADRA’s Pak-ID Portal ( ) to conveniently capture biometrics and documents using smart phone camera.
The mobile application displays all applications “in process” at the Pak-ID portal after login, any of which can be selected to capture and upload biometrics and documents.
Capture Documents: The application allows capture of documents using the rear camera against a provided list of mandatory documents.
Photograph, fingerprints and documents can be captured against an application initiated on Pak-ID portal.
Capture Fingerprints: The application uses the rear camera to detect and capture fingerprints.
Capture Photograph: Users can capture photograph using the front or rear camera.
The Pak-ID mobile application can be accessed using the same login credentials as that of Pak-ID Portal.
This requires placement of the hand in front of the camera and holding steady as the application automatically detects, captures and quality assures the fingerprints.

A picture from the phone gallery can also be selected.
