when I fill information in English it requires me to enter the same information in Urdu again and I if I copy and paste English address it does not accept it . Hi, I am trying to create a new account, but when I filled out the form on my mobile, I received a message saying that the identity number is already in use, indicating that an account is already registered under this number. However, I’ve lost access to my previous phone, and I don't remember the Gmail address associated with the account. I have tried creating a new account with my current Gmail address, but encountered the same issue. Please assist me in either recovering my account or helping me update the email address associated with it. I would really appreciate any support you can provide. Thank you.

Fingerprint not syncing with the web account

Not synchronizing the fingerprints into the Nadra’s web account taken from this app. It synchronized the photograph and documents with no issues. It has been two days but still not working. Nadra complaints website is also not working and not sure where to report the complaint of problem with the complaint page 😠. Please fix these problems.

The picture and finger scan does not work. I tried on multiple people and even when the fingers scan is done, not once it was accepted. I also tried on multiple iPhones with the beat cameras. This is a useless app.
Finger print scan function doesn’t work

I tried using the app for finger prints during my application process for NICOP and it keeps giving me an error saying “license not activated” - looks like some technical issue but been this way for more than a day
